@Amysmith21 well my MA just informed me our valuation was done on 8th June (who knew?!) and come back fine so these last bits really should be it....

Ahhh that's great news!!! So fingers crossed should all be sorted really soon after this last little bit...it is getting there and will all be worth it!

Turns out our Valuation was actually done last Friday! MA had said they were doing it today. Chuffed it has been that quick. MA says we should have offer this week so keeping everything crossed! Started this journey 21/05 and everything has been quick so far. 

Ah spoke too soon! They asked this afternoon for further trail of proof of deposit after saying all docs have been accepted 🙄. All sent off. 🤞🏽 MA thinks that should be it.

Well spoke to the student loan company, they'll do a letter and email it to me, should have it within 2 working days. Also turns out not only have I paid it in full I've overpaid by a whole £16.27 so am due a refund. Winning haha
