Finally we’ve just received our mortgage offer and we’re over the moon... It’s been 20 working days from full application to offer.. Good luck to everyone who are waiting for their offer... 🤞👍

Congratulations! I'm hoping for 20 working days too - although valuation hasn't been booked yet. Apparently it's 5 working days before they book it after you instruct it or something? Too many working days for my liking. We're on working day 11 now so I have a way to go yet!

Kensington have said they've sent it, my letting agent said they haven't had it and to find out what email address it is sent from as it might be in their quarantine and my MA is helpfully off until Thursday so can't ask Kensington until then 🤦‍♀️

Currently having troubles with a previous tenancy reference also! Been back and forth for almost 2 weeks 😩 the housing office finally have the reference and will hopefully complete it today. Good news is our valuation has already been completed and this should be the last box to tick 🤞🏻

Another round of questions today! That is three times now they've come back with more questions and requesting more info. Getting disheartened now

It is very disheartening...I think we have had 3 times of being asked questions/further documents now also and hoping that is all now. We are still waiting to hear from documents our MA uploaded to them last Friday morning and still not heard anything. Really hoping either today or Monday. Yours got reviewed quite quickly thought from documents uploaded last on Tuesday this week. Hopefully they won't take long reviewing again and will be able to book your valuation next week.

Really hope this is the last time. I've even said to my broker this better be it now haha. I had to give even more payslips from December 2020 because they wanted to check them against my bank statements.... Which is just weird to me. So I gave my MA Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan & Feb saying just for good measure as I don't want to be asked for anything more again ha. And then they questioned why I was paid my work bonuses in a certain way ie times of year. How is that their business?! I get a bonus, it is on my payslip it is in the bank. We're not even including bonus for affordability either it's a joke.

It is mad some of the stuff they are asking, especially if you aren't using that money towards your affordability. I had heard from others how picky they can be with documents they want. Would just be less stressful if they could ask for all documents needed in one go haha I am really hoping I hear something today. Would be nice to have some sort of movement forward before the weekend

Oh gosh we sound so similar with our situations. Never ending questions. It's the waiting inbetween isn't it, wondering if that's it. Really hope you hear something today! Maybe a cheeky email to your MA at lunchtime, "just checking in" haha
