More up to date statements for my DMP. I'm annoyed as they have bank statements showing it going out of my account. 😒 You could go in circles forever! 

It is such a frustrating process, we have no idea where we are up to, just keep having to wait.  Doesn't help that our broker isn't the best at communicating!

When did you submit you application? It's just nerve wracking all the waiting!

Late on Friday evening on the 3rd July....valuation done 30th July.....  You?

Thurs 2nd July so at same waiting point as you. My valuation was done on 18th March when I put in my first application and they decided it didn't need doing again this time. However, they've told my broker that any offer would only be valid til 18th September so we are on a tight schedule!

we we found out yesterday that they require no further documents and the case has been passed through to the final review team which currently has a lead time of 48 hours. 

Hoping to hear an update/ offer/ rejection on Friday or Monday

My broker said mine is due to be reviewed again by final underwriters on Friday. However, I feel like I've been at this point so many times that I won't hold my breath! Good luck, I hope its good news for you soon 🍀

That’s positive. When I called Kensington directly last week, they said that’s the final step after the underwriting team has reviewed the case!

lets see if either of us get an update tomorrow! 🤞

No, they have the documents - it was around my maiden name/married name - they have my marriage cert.  And also they couldn't add up our deposit (some from a gift some in savings), maybe i need to send them a calculator haha.

I'm quite surprised that I've not been asked for updated payslips. I did send in updated ones at time of the application but 6 weeks have passed since then! 😂
I went to measure up windows at my new build today. It feels bittersweet!
