  • Hey @housebuyer143 no offer yet unfortunately, our employer references have only just been actioned yesterday/today.
So I assume now we go back into the queue for the underwriter to review...praying that this is the last bit of information they need and that we get an answer this week!  :#

Our seller isn't expecting us to complete until Feb now but he is still a bit anxious (understandably so) that we don't actually have our offer yet... 7 weeks down the line! I think Kensington's website is a bit outdated with timelines haha.. that must have been pre-covid. Or maybe we are just the unlucky ones :(

Fingers crossed you receive your offer soon enough x
Fingers crossed for you. Its so stressful. My seller wanted us to complete in Jan too and now it wont be until Feb. She is anxious as her seller is pushing to go and their seller had their last buyer drop out because they couldn't get the mortgage, so this far in I think the whole chain are starting to think the worst. Keep us posted

Ours has some to, the house is a new build so all the conditions relate to the house being finished to a good standard… pics being provided and warranty once built

Similar to ours though it's fully complete. Have they put any condition relating to UK financial Disclosure incentive form? we did provided this intially but they have requested this again with the offer.
