I've not tried the porky lights either. But I love sausages, the new Iceland SW pork and leek ones are quite tasty, the supermarker low fat ones tend to be only 1 syn ish... but I often have off plan ones and just syn them. I can't have a cooked breakfast without sausage haha. Actually glad I can't stay to group tonight it's all they will be going on about 😂
Grr were all out of bananas so I'm having weetabix and yogurt for breakfast instead. Green omelette for lunch as planned ☺ xI hope you know your capable, & brave, & significant.
even when it feels like your not....0 -
I'm not a mad fan of sausages anyway I have to say, always too much uncertainty about what's actually in them  I do love Glamorgan sausages though, not remotely SW!
I've been nowhere near as In The Zone this week as last, I don't know what's wrong with me (pre-menstrual?). I found some Oreo Thins in Tesco for 54p yesterday and they were so delicious I ate the lot, I mean, seriously. So I'm going for damage limitation today with lots of water, fruit for breakfast, a light crudite style lunch and an early stir fry tea as I'm off to a meeting at 5.30. Then home and straight to bed with a 2 Syn hot chocolate. Hopefully I'll manage a STS tomorrow.
Yoohoo to all, hugs to those who need them xxxxWeightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -

Porky Lights controversy was on national BBC radio news this morning!:eek:Depends on whether or not you let your consultant know you wouldn't be attending and booking a holiday week. Or she might be kind if you'd let her know and just put you down as a notified absence.
If you didn't let her know you will need to pay for last week as well as this week.

Maybe it varies from one consultant to another. When I went half a pound over the week before Christmas:mad: I asked if I could book a holiday and she told me no.:(
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB porage, HEA milk.
L: bubble & squeak with picklesbaked cod, SW chips and green stuff
Syns: squirt of syrup0 -
Still no job news here. Really hate this waiting part. I like to know quickly so I can put myself out of my misery or not lol.
All this sausage drama is really making me chuckle! The things we have going on the world and people are getting hung up on these sausages lol.0 -

Hi all  Pleased to see shiny new thread *exciting*
I weighed this week and it was plus 2
no surprise really after 21 days when I've not been properly on plan. I haven't been attending class nor coming on here regularly/or meal planning etc
Starting afresh with an aim for the new challenge of 10 pounds
I'm endeavouring to give up chocolate for lent. day 2 and resisted so far :rotfl: Hopefully this will help with the challenge although I might turn into a Jacob's cracker and a chunk of cheese by the end of the six weeks!
I have to say I am a bit bemused about the porky light sausages news. I enjoyed them but they weren't wow they are amazing but at least if I want them, I should have no problem buying them now :rotfl:
Hope everyone is having a good day. I'll get myself organised, catch up with the thread and be back with my menus0 -

Lol, me and the man of the house bought one of each flavour and scoffed the lot in one sitting. There is nothing of them - I was disappointed. But there are new oreo dairy milks that are out (mint and peanut butter flavour) and they are so worth the syns.If you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you always got!0 -

I thought you were going to say you ate a pack between you and shame me for eating the lot but that equals a pack each so I feel better! I actually like them loads more than normal Oreos but I don't think they're worth 1.5 each. I'd rather go a bit further and have a Kit Kat or a Freddo.Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
It was WI for me this morning and I managed a STS so I'm happy with that - must have done enough damage limitation Monday to Wednesday, although I ended up with 15 syns yesterday but didn't have my HEB or cheese triangles.
I expected group to be all about the Porky Lights this morning but the consultant just mentioned it at the beginning and then said there would be no more talk about for the rest of the morning. Thank goodness for that! I've never tried them so doesn't affect me; I'm quite happy with my butcher's low fat sausages.
Today's plan is back to EE:
B - crispy kale - after WI (well it makes a change from grapes, LOL!)
L - LO spicy carrot & lentil soup - although couldn't taste any of the spice today
D - stuffed chicken breast wrapped in parma ham; mashed sweet potato; mashed swede; cabbage & cauliflower
S - 2 Ryvita; Laughing Cow cheese triangle
HEA - milk
HEB - 2 Ryvita (makes it a Speed food!)
Syns - parma ham - 3 slices - 1.5 syns; cheese triangle 1
Looking at that it is almost another SP day - the only thing which isn't S or P is the sweet potato
As we're going away for the last week of the month I'm aiming to lose 3lb over the next 3 weeks so I'm at least back in target range before I go!
