Glad to hear you are taking it easy, Kathrynha. :D

Thanks for the tip on the Aldi reduced fat sausages, esmy. I never found/tried the Porky Lights, and am not too bothered about them now. Quite fancy the SW pork & leek ones, though... ;)

Pixtotts, can I ask what a green omelette is, please?

Lantanna - I hope you get good news about the job soon!

Well, I've stuck to plan today (finally!), and tonight's weigh in was -3lbs, which I am very pleased with after a week of somewhat dodgy sticking to plan. I now need 1lb to get to my next half stone, so I'm going to go all out for it this week (apart from Saturday, which is going to be tricky, as I'm out all day...with cocktails!:o). So, tomorrow's plan looks like this:

B: Crunchy bran HExB with fruit (banana, raspberries & blueberries) with fat free Greek yoghurt
    L: SW Roasted Veg soup
D: Lettuce, Chinese leaf, cucumber, smoked salmon & poached egg

Not sure where HExA will make its appearance yet...?! I'm sure that some syns will also creep in somewhere - probably in the shape of a slice of chocolate birthday cake! :rotfl:

Re the oreo thins... I personally prefer the digestive ones, the milk chocolate, plain is ok, cappuccino sound weird so not tried those haha. But the shocking thing is I think I actually prefer them to normal digestive biscuits! :o my boyfriend was horrified when I told him, I like how crunchy they are, I've come to realise what I miss most while doing slimming world is crunchy or crispy things! They are all too many syns :(

tweets - Ah I was supposed to get the sausage casserole but completely forgot ! Will have to pop it on the list for this weekend :)

piglet - my green omlette is just spinach, parsley and basil blitzed up in the blender then a couple of eggs added, I also blitz them in because I prefer it when there is loads of air in the omlette it almost has the texture of american pancakes, I then roast off some tomatoes, onion, pepper and mushroom in drizzle of balsamic vinegar, it's a favourite of mine for weigh in or SP days. Omlette with lots of speed but doesn't taste like egg :D I sometimes have some goats cheese sprinkled on top too which is REALLY good, but I'd eat an entire thing of goats cheese in one go so try not to buy it tooo often... :A

    - 1/2 lb for me today, I dunno how I feel about it. I was bad last Friday had a few cocktails with the boyfriend, but I was so good with food, and I've been good all week, I just feel a bit sulky.

Also the lady was a bit snappy with me at the paying in desk, and I don't like talking to people at the best of times :( I was trying to book 4th May off but I've already used my 6 weeks, and she just kept telling me that when what I was trying to find out was how early I could weigh and it still count for that week, like is the week Monday - Sunday, or because the group I go to is a Thursday, Thurs - Thurs.... I wasn't sure because it seems unfair if your right at the end of the week and you miss there's no chance to pop somewhere the next day... I think I've over thought this! :rotfl:

Trying to navigate my birthday because it's on my usual weigh in day, and I'm in Liverpool the Mon - Wed x

That omelette sounds lovely, Pixtotts - definitely on my "must try" list. Thanks!

Re: the weighing week, I'm not sure whether Sunday is the first or last day of the week, because we don't have any Sunday groups around here. But my weigh day is also on a Thursday, and when I couldn't make it one week, I weighed in on the Monday before (i.e. 3 days early), and my leader told me I could have gone to a Friday or Saturday morning meeting the day (or 2 days) after my usual weigh in day. Does that make sense?!

Morning all - declaring a STS this week (it's actually a 7/8 lb gain but as I round up to the nearest 1/2 lb anyway I've got away with it!). I'm having lunch out today and tea out tomorrow but otherwise I'm going to make an actual meal plan for the week and go shopping and do lots of cooking. And drink lots of water.

All this talk of sausages has me wondering - does anyone know of any free veggie sausages please?

Well done to the losers! Fab news about your daughter's wedding GFB - nothing like the promise of a new frock for incentive!

You're absolutely right Pixtotts - I think that's why I liked the Oreos, they're somewhere between a biscuit and a crisp. I've not tried the Digestives as the only time I've seen them they were almost £2 which I thought was taking the P a bit.

Linda McCartney red onion and rosemary sausages are free and very tasty! Really good for making scotch eggs with ☺
:o yeah £2 is a lot for them, they were on offer but then went out of stock, so probably the SW effect haha. Definitely worth a try, perfect biscuit to chocolate ratio too 😉

    Angry person this morning

Went to work in another site yesterday afternoon, came back in this morning and someone has stolen my heater and its nowhere to be found!

Hate people touching my things when I am not around.

PMT is building here as is the cold, no surprise when most of the people in my office have it and don't seem to have been taught to cover there noses when sneezing.

I am in a right mood now this morning! Its the small things keep me happy - like my heater.

Fantastic news for you Greentiger! I will probably have a family wedding next year so hope I am at target for that!
