Ryvita crispbread, the white ones that are a bit prawn crackery, they're 4 for hexb aren't they?
Had some with PB2 on yesterday, was really nice.
Yesterday:
B - Leftover cottage pie (2)
D - Sausage and vegetable pasta
T - Chicken chasseur, mash and vegetables
HEXA - milk in tea
HEXB - hopefully 4 crispbreads
Syns - PB2 (2) and two vodka and lemonades(7)
Lots saved for wine tomorrow night, only used 25 this week so far.
Today
B - Mushroom omelette
D - Potato, leek and bacon soup, melon and apples
T - Morrisons sausages (1.5), mash, veg and onion gravy
HEXA - milk in tea
HEXB - cripsbreads if they're okay, if not, ryvita minis or alpens later
I'll have an options before bed.
Happy slimming all0 -
Work are having pizza Friday. I'm having my soup still. I'd better have lost a stone on Monday morning...0

Top Girl - what flavour are the Ryvita white crispbreads? I've never heard of them. Been through the list online and can't see any which I think are likely to be white. Are they one of the flatbreads? If so they are 1.5 syns each but not HEB.
Kathryn - glad you're resting properly and well done on your menu planning and shopping list:A
Today's plan will be EE again:
B - beans on toast
L - tortilla with LO fried up veg
D - fish pie; will put spinach and peas in it but probably not extra veg on the side.
HEA - milk
HEB - bread
Syns - weekend wine:D

Menu
He a milk
Heb 2 hifi rocky road
B banana and hifi
L chicken salad
D quorn peppered steak with sw hips and mushy peas. Strawbs0 -

:T well done to the losers. I love to see those happy pots! That makes perfect sense thankyou ☺
Think a Monday morning one might be my best plan of action, I've not booked the the plan will be going out the window that week I think 😂 x
I've always treated it is a rolling programme. Obviously there wouldn't be any point weighing too close together but I'd just go on the day that suits you. I'm lucky as I live in a city and there are groups everywhere and at all times of the day (including 7.30 a.m.). None on Sundays though denise. I looked on the group search and it's not there so maybe Sunday's not allowed. I know that's when they often have training for consultants.Bah. Thanks allI'll bin them tonight...
1 syn isn't bad if you want something crunchy. I was going to suggest melba toasts to pixtotts. They're half a syn each (I like the Sainsbury's multigrain) and lovely for making canap! type snacks. I like cottage cheese and cornichons or smoked salmon on them.
Sorry to hear about your heater lantanna. My cold is horrible so you certainly don't want to catch that from your colleagues. I feel a bit better today fortunately.
I haven't done my meal plan or shop yet but plan so far is:
B: NAS grapefruit, baked beans, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: bacon and lentil soup?
Syns: not sure. I can't really taste anything much so don't want to waste them. I'd rather save them for when I feel better.0 -
So last nights pancakes turned into being more like 12 syns.... worth it!
Today
B - cereal bar (3)
L - sausage (6) sandwich, and bacon, mushroom and tin tomatoes on the side... But the bacon was iffy and the sausages possibly out of date I'm playing the fun waiting game of was the pork off or is it psychological haha!
D - undecided
A - milk
B - Bread
Syns - 9 I might have the whole 15 today... I feel the sausages were worth the 6 if they are good... if they make me ill I deserve 15syns lol!
xI hope you know your capable, & brave, & significant.

maman - I actually used to love melba toast! I've not had it in years I'm going to have to get some, sometimes you just need something crunchy don't you... I love carrot sticks, but I don't seem to have an off button when it comes to them and I eat them till I feel sick, the way normal people do with chocolate, never had that, but carrot sticks every time I eat them
haha.
And that makes sense regarding sundays, I guess it's when they do any site maintenance and what not too. They mostly seem to be Thursday meetings around here, I know of 4 Thursday night, and 2 morning, one of which has 3 weigh in slots! I've found a 7.30am and a 9.30 am Monday one which I'm thinking might be my best option ....But we had another thought today the Mondays a bank holiday! Do things still happen on bank holidays?

Re the oreo thins... I personally prefer the digestive ones, the milk chocolate, plain is ok, cappuccino sound weird so not tried those haha. But the shocking thing is I think I actually prefer them to normal digestive biscuits!
my boyfriend was horrified when I told him, I like how crunchy they are, I've come to realise what I miss most while doing slimming world is crunchy or crispy things! They are all too many syns
tweets - Ah I was supposed to get the sausage casserole but completely forgot ! Will have to pop it on the list for this weekend
piglet - my green omlette is just spinach, parsley and basil blitzed up in the blender then a couple of eggs added, I also blitz them in because I prefer it when there is loads of air in the omlette it almost has the texture of american pancakes, I then roast off some tomatoes, onion, pepper and mushroom in drizzle of balsamic vinegar, it's a favourite of mine for weigh in or SP days. Omlette with lots of speed but doesn't taste like eggI sometimes have some goats cheese sprinkled on top too which is REALLY good, but I'd eat an entire thing of goats cheese in one go so try not to buy it tooo often... :A
- 1/2 lb for me today, I dunno how I feel about it. I was bad last Friday had a few cocktails with the boyfriend, but I was so good with food, and I've been good all week, I just feel a bit sulky.
Also the lady was a bit snappy with me at the paying in desk, and I don't like talking to people at the best of timesI was trying to book 4th May off but I've already used my 6 weeks, and she just kept telling me that when what I was trying to find out was how early I could weigh and it still count for that week, like is the week Monday - Sunday, or because the group I go to is a Thursday, Thurs - Thurs.... I wasn't sure because it seems unfair if your right at the end of the week and you miss there's no chance to pop somewhere the next day... I think I've over thought this! :rotfl:
Trying to navigate my birthday because it's on my usual weigh in day, and I'm in Liverpool the Mon - Wed x
I also tried the mushroom soup and like that. Mushroom soup as always been my favourite soup0
