  • Not the best weekend for me, annoyed with myself as I was fairly well behaved during the week. Half a thorntons easter egg somehow made it into our house and I can't resist expensive choccie. It was so tasty though.

Had the weekend off from exercise too to let my body recover a bit as it's been so long since I did any proper training, so I'm wondering if that's why I got so picky and snacky this weekend. Waiting for OH to come home before we get our gym gear on and head into the garage for a cardio sesh

Calorie counting is bloomin hard, so I'll be back to SW proper from next weigh in - it's definitely affected my portion control though (for the better I think), I feel less bloated at least. Whether it's made any difference on the scales though will be interesting but I definitely feel slimmer :)

Here it is. We go a bit light on the coriander as I am not keen on it but a small amount definitely adds something to the burgers.

Welcome back Lantanna - good to see you posting again. Hope everything is going well.

What was in your "bubble & squeak" if there was no potato Maman? Surely that's fried up LO veg, LOL

Think you're right about lots of us drawing lines this week and reining it back in! With the amount of syns I've had a couple of days this week I'll be happy if I can rein it in enough to get a STS, although I'd still like to get the 0.5lb to get me back into target range. Haven't been in range since my holiday in January and I'm getting frustrated with it all now.

It was a weird concoction but basically the potato was replaced by LO swede and carrot mash (we had half yesterday and half for tonight's pie). As I didn't have much veg left I fried up some sliced mushrooms and a large tomato then added the mash and some LO cauli and cabbage from last night and stirred it all together.:)

It's a bit samey but I prepped all the veg yesterday and spread it over two days.
