Hi, can I join in please?
I joined slimming world on Saturday, was 4 years since I was there last.
I need to loose 2 stone.
I'm just having a browse through posts to see what everyone is eating.
Looking forward to the next few weeks.0 -

Welcome. Of course you can join in the thread, it's open to all. You don't even need to be attending a group.
It's quite useful posting your menu plans as others can point out any mistakes you may have made. So if you want to post your plans up we can have a look for you. Also if you have any questions just ask. There's usually someone around who will be able to help.

Sorry bit late with last weeks weigh in PLUS 2lb whoops but did weigh straight after a huge lunch out (SW friendly) and I normally weigh in in the morning so some of it may be that but I was away at the weekend and was off plan - serves me right I ended up eating something (probably KFC) that disagreed with me so having not eaten for 2 days this weeks weigh in should be interestingThanks to MSE savings we got to go to Disneyworld Florida.
