Not tried them, but burgers are so easy to make yourself along with meatballs, and you know exactly what goes in them, and the quality of the meat.

The sw recipe for turkey tikka burgers is delish. Lots of speed in them too.

I haven't tried SW burgers after bad reports.

They are easy to make but I like Sainsbury's BGTY quarter pounders. For just 1 syn each they're worth a stand by in the freezer

  • Ah thanks guys....I was pleased at the small gain, especially as I drank more in that week than I've drank in the last 3/4 months.

It just seems that that when ever I set myself a target I never reach it ...perhaps my next target should be a generic 'just a loss' lol.

Cooked a chicken dinner today and whilst the others had roasties done with goose fat mine was a la SW and I didn't have wine with it either.

I'm off again in three weeks time with mum so I would really like to be at the 3 stone mark by then...so I may have to join the gym like I've been threatening to!
