I'm not having garlic bread (turns out I don't have enough in the freezer and having already been out twice I just want to rest now!
I have cooked pasta in the fridge which I will heat up with hot water and the microwave and I'm going to bake the meatballs before adding them to the sauce to make it as easy as possible. husband offered to sort tea but we are at the caravan Thursday night to sunday so I'm happier managing meals until then. so should work out at about 7 for my tea. I've had a small piece of sausage roll (less than a mouthful) and 2 chewy sweets plus a mouthful of yazoo strawberry so I don't feel like I've missed any treats etc today.
out of curiosity can anyone help with the syns in strawberry yazoo?
The smoothie is 7.5 and the NAS yogurt drink is 4, not sure what you had. I think it's probably a good thing that you don't have enough garlic bread as it's freed up some syns for your little snacks.0 -
Forgot to post yesterday. STS for last week
God knows how, should be a gain, whilst I know I didn't go mad I don't think I stuck to plan at all, then gin happened, deserve a gain but maybe my body is having a woosh from the weeks I was a very good girl.
Couple of NSV though, wore a top on Saturday night that hasn't fitted me for over 2 years, so yesterday tried a pair of shorts that have been packed away for 4 years, fitted perfectly and a reminder that it is worth it!
Because I have quite a bit to lose, it can be frustrating, I guess I can't "see" the difference yet but at almost 2 stone lighter I now "know" things are changing, one dress size down!MFW 2017 No 41 £835.79/£1000

thanks maman - I've ended up having half my heb and another cup of tea as I couldn't quite face meatballs and pasta.
is that per 100ml? nowhere near as bad as I was expecting; I presume its the yogurt drink as it says 'no added sugar' and something else on the front
plan for tomorrow:
breakfast: melon
lunch: pulled pork and some salad/pickles. I am going to portion and freeze the rest for quick grab and go meals before I get bored of it
tea: either creamy mushroom chicken tonight with rice and pickles/salad (20 syns for the jar so 5 syns for my portion - will box up one normal serving and one half serving to ensure we don't go over sizes) or chicken/turkey salad depending on how bother I can be when I get home/how ill I am still feeling
starting to get a plan together for the weekend. need to find syns for bucks fizz; also have coke zero to drink. we are going to the site pub on Thursday as its 2 for 11. I will try and check the menu now. mil has 'lasagnes and a few other bits in the freezer' and we will go shopping when we get there. I think I will grab some strawberries, take whatever is left of my big melon and also prep some carrot sticks (easy to grab and put me off snacking. or I can steam them for a few secs in the microwave to share with littlie. breakfast wise its usually bacon and egg sandwiches and she doesn't take no for an answer. I may take the hit at breakfast and control the rest of the day (much easier!)************************************

lush It's the NAS milk drink that's 4 for a 200ml bottle. I got muddled, the smoothie has yogurt and oats.
Sorry to hear you didn't fancy any dinner.

Hi all
Thanks for the chart Shala and well done Piglet for SOTW, that was a fantastic loss.:T
Maman - group is tomorrow morning but I'm weighing on my own scales for the challenge.
Denise - I missed that information about banking Syns, thanks for the update, I wonder if all the consultants are also giving the same advice.
I went to Aldi this afternoon and managed to buy some of their lamb rogan josh which is only 1 syn per pack - it was really nice, quite spicy, but I'd chopped up tomato, cucumber and onion for speed and mixed it into natural yogurt so that helped cool it down. The lamb was really tender. Shame we haven't got Aldi or Lidl closer to us - this is a very affluent area and I don't think it would be appreciated!
Back tomorrow.
