I'm another balsamic fan but I don't have salad often in this country unless we have a run of really good weather. Cottage cheese is good with salad too Kathrynha, can you eat that?
:T on your loss lois. That's a really good start to your summer programme.:D Have you been to group today?
It's a good feeling when you can get the washing out on the line lush even better when it's stuff that doesn't need ironing!I think the Aldi jar of sauce is 11 syns. Obviously, if you really enjoy it then it's worth it but using all your syns for your meal doesn't leave any treats. Just a thought.:)
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB porage with HEA milk
L: cold chicken, LO veg and pickleshaddock, SW chips, tomatoes, asparagus, broccoli, peas
Syns: squirt of syrup
That's the plan but not sure it if will work out. If DH and I don't end up at home together teatime then I'll have to rethink.0 -
A very limited amount Maman. It was what I was using all the time, but am now having to rethink it.
Tried just reducing the amount, but I only like a well dressed saladZebras rock0 -
It was +1.5 for me last week, I'm not doing too well lately :rotfl:
Have cancelled my SW online membership as I feel like I'm just paying £20 a month for naff all, so will hopefully be here a bit more often
Although I have gained weight, I feel a lot slimmer in my jeans so it's' not all bad
Hope everyone's well and enjoying the sunshine, catch up with you all soon

Sometimes we lose inches even if we have small gains. Did you take your measurements when you started to be able to compare? If not, might be worth doing now so you've got something to compare to further down the line.

Oh I keep meaning to do this, thanks for the reminder. I think I'll start doing this every month as it'll be interesting to see the results, I'm all about the non scale victories lately0 -
Getting ready for heading off on Thursday : )

thanks mamanI'm not having garlic bread (turns out I don't have enough in the freezer and having already been out twice I just want to rest now!
I have cooked pasta in the fridge which I will heat up with hot water and the microwave and I'm going to bake the meatballs before adding them to the sauce to make it as easy as possible. husband offered to sort tea but we are at the caravan Thursday night to sunday so I'm happier managing meals until then. so should work out at about 7 for my tea. I've had a small piece of sausage roll (less than a mouthful) and 2 chewy sweets plus a mouthful of yazoo strawberry so I don't feel like I've missed any treats etc today.
out of curiosity can anyone help with the syns in strawberry yazoo?************************************

Early weigh in for me today. I was dreading going on the scales as I had about 50 syns worth of Vodka on Saturday (plus a portion of cheesey chips in my local Wetherspoons).
Any way I was pleasantly surprised to have lost 1 lb
