Welcome oystercatcher :hello:
Well done on your fab loss, Maisie M! :T
Lois Lane - thanks for that website link. Have saved it to my favourites... Glad you liked your new class, too.
Have stuck to plan today, and total syns for the week (if I don't eat any more between now and bedtime...:p) is exactly 70, so I'm pretty pleased with that. [STRIKE]The proof of the pudding will be in the eating...[/STRIKE] Weigh in tomorrow, so we'll see what happens!
No plan for food tomorrow yet.Am about to sit and plan the week's menu now... Need to go and rifle through the fridge to see what's lurking! :rotfl:

well I seem to have one good day, one just about ok day then a day where I can't stop eating whatever my brain thinks up and it all ends up going to pot. meals have been ok today but then the rest of the rubbish round then ruins it!
planning ahead for tomorrow as short of time.
breakfast: baked omelettes with beans (omelettes contain green pepper, mushroom and cherry tomato) - will eat in the car after dropping littlie off at the childminder.
lunch: pasta salad (pasta, bettroot, pickled onion, cucumber, tomato, red pepper and free cottage cheese
tea: meatballs and pasta. need to find the syns for the meatballs and the pasta sauce. will serve mine with spinach and probably bake some mushrooms to go with it (since the oven will be on to do garlic bread for the other two)
snacks: alpen light bars 2 (heb) hard boiled eggs
I am only doing a half day at work tomorrow, and husband is off to a pre school meeting that my manager wouldn't let me have the time off for, then we are taking the little one to eureka in Halifax which she should love. she'll eat lunch with the childminder and I've made husband something to eat early too. should keep me busy and no snacking. no hopes of salvaging this week.
feel like I should bow out of the challenge again if its a gain this week but I'm fed up of feeling a failure!************************************

I didnt go to class last night - first time i have missed it so this could be the slippery slope. On the plus side i havent gained anything despite eating shed loads of birthday cake. Anyway i decided tomstay home and eat cake last night. I have a wedding this weekend and there is still loads of cake in the house so who knows what next week will hold lol.

Wow MissTeach, where can I find a man like that?
Lois that website looks a brilliant resource, thank you!
Glad the chilli was nice Kathryn - at least that's something you can do in a batch and have on standby in the freezer.
Well done Maisie on a brilliant loss!
Lush - don't beat yourself up, like others have said you do so well juggling all your balls. Have a brilliant time at Eureka!
I've had two consecutive days completely on plan and feel like a veritable angel. Going for the hat-trick today, but need to do a little fridge/freezer inventory first. I'll be back shortly.Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
Morning all
Plan for today is
breakfast: sausages, mushrooms and tomatoes, 2 x DG coffee (4 syns)
Lunch: beef salad open sandwich
Dinner: cajun chicken pasta (putting in peppers, mushrooms and onions) and broccoli on the side.
snacks: apple, satsuma, grapes
Thanks for the link to the website LL that looks really useful. I am looking for some low syn fishcakes for something different and quick for tea sometimes so will have a look to see if there are any. I sometimes find the online syn thingy fine if you know specifically what you have and want to know how many syns it is but not much use for trying to find which supermarkets have the lower syns (if you know what I mean). Sorry ended up a bit of a ramble lol.
Have a lovely time in LA Miss Teach. Glad you enjoyed your chilli Kathryn.
right better go and get showered as I am expecting my muscle foods order and need to be dressed before they arrive. Day at home doing housework etc today as I have been out the last couple of days with the kids and now need to catch up at home.0
