I agree 100%!:T I, too, have been thinking of ideas for you. I think your gain may have been because synful foods aren't on your banned list. How healthy is that!! but what can you actually eat that has fibre?

Recommended 21-25g fibre per day (147-175g per week)

    Oats, but only 80g per week - 1.36 g
    Strawberries per portion - 3g
    Carrots per carrot - 1.7g
    Apple per apple - 4.4g

On a list of 50 high fibre foods that is all I can eat. Obviously other fruit and veg I can eat has some, but lower amounts.
I would have to eat a hideous amount of fruit and veg to get up to recommended amounts :(

    Hi all

    Firstly congratulation Kathryn on SOTW

4lbs off for me this week which I am really pleased with as you can imagine.

Trying for another 2lbs this week so trying to be 100% on plan again. Got myself a lovely wee booklet to record my food in to help me. Also trying to drink lots of water.

I am now on 2 weeks holiday from work which is great in one respect in it gives me the ability of having a bit more choice and flexibility for lunch but also the downside is that I am not so much in a routine.

Chilli made with no tomatoes, beans or mushrooms is really nice.

Thank you to all that helped me with suggestions for tomato free tomato style sauce.
