I never hear of success express days any more and I loved those!

As far as I can remember, it was 1/3 free, 2/3 speed and double HEXA and B?

Yes that's right. I don't think I ever did it as fitting in 2/3 speed seemed to be OTT for me.

  • I've never heard of Success Express! Has it been taken over by SP days do you think?

Glad you're home Kathryn - feet up!

I had some of those banana pancakes today after someone at running club told me about them! One mashed banana and two beaten eggs with a drop of vanilla essence and they were lovely!

I haven't synned the mashed banana as I figure it's a better option than having one of those ready made pancake shaker things which is what I was going to do, and I never ever eat mashed/cooked fruit normally. I've also decided not to syn the Nutella and honey I put on them :D

Tea will be chicken and quinoa stew thing from the freezer with plenty of veg in, but I fear I'm not getting off on the best foot with this new challenge :o

(I feel I've really mixed my metaphors there, but you know what I mean!?)

I also had one of the banana pancakes but wasn't that impressed! Think I'd rather syn a real one!

Gone over on syns today as decided to have some wine this evening but this week has been so bad I'm not in the least bit surprised I've done so. Definitely in for a gain this week.
