Kathryn - glad to hear that the procedure went well. Hope you have a comfortable night and manage to get home tomorrow.
Well done shiprob95 - what a fab loss! :j
Well, the best laid plans, as they say... Went out with my friend tonight, all ready for my chicken and avocado salad. The place had only gone and changed the flipping menu!! No chicken or avocado in sight. Salads are now goats cheese (which I dislike!), or langoustines and squid (which I really dislike!!). So I ended up going with a mushroom risotto...theory: mushrooms, stock and rice are free. Sadly, the parmesan will need to be synned (although I did manage to offload the shavings on the top to my friend, who knows that I don't like "raw" cheese - I could have quite happily stirred it through and eaten it, so I'm awarding myself half a point for effort in getting rid of it!! ). It was delicious, and I hadn't had any other syns today, so I am drawing a line and starting again tomorrow. (On the plus side, I had a black coffee, and didn't eat my mint chocolate...:rotfl:).
So, tomorrow's plan:
B: Crunchy bran (HExB) and milk (HExA)
L: Lettuce, Chinese Leaf, Cucumber, Spring Onion, Smoked Salmon and a Poached Egg - nice and speedyChicken in a tomato-ey sauce with potato wedges and roasted Mediterranean veg (tomatoes, onions, courgette, aubergine) and leeks - also pretty speedy.
Should be easier to stick to because its all being cooked and eaten at home...

..Shiny new thread, thanks Shala for all the work you do. Well I seem to have found the missing 2lbs that went missing last week. Probably the meals out and copious wine!
I have decided not to take part in the new challenge, but sending losing vibes to you all.

Greentiger, I was rather dependent on the autocorrect to help with last night's post. Brain was working better than fingers.
Slept not too bad despite them keeping disturbing to check on me. Feeling rather sore this morning as pain relief worn off.
Seemingly the doc comes round normally mid morning so hoping I am allowed out.Zebras rock0 -

That chart makes for good reading Shala - more than 80% of target lost between us - not bad at all!!
Sorry I missed your birthday Tweets, hope it was a good'un!
Glad things went well Kathryn and fingers crossed for you getting home today!
Fingers still crossed for you Lantanna!
Holy cow, yoga was hard work last night, I left the place with jelly legs. As a result I was starving and foraged for a bagel thin in the freezer so that's about another 8 Syns to add to my day's totalI can only hope the yoga offset it a bit. Really don't want to lose the momentum from the last challenge! That said, I do really want pancakes for tea
Anyway, just having melon, passion fruit and FF Greek yoghurt for breakfast and off out for a run shortly. I'll pop back later and let you know the damage!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
Welcome to the thread all the new people
Great words LizzieR!
MrsO (can we call you that?) do you want to join the challenge - it may help to break your loss down into manageable goals so it's less overwhelming.. sometimes it's easier to think of your loss in chunks of half stones rather than a total amount.
Glad to hear it all went well Kathryn xx
Good luck for your interview tomorrow Lantanna :T we'll all be sending you positive vibes!
Happy Birthday Tweets - hope Poppy's given you much birthday love x
