Finishing on 8.5 syns, there were only 3 digestive things left in the box and it felt mean to leave the last one.... lol. Ended up having a bowl of plain spaghetti with worcester sauce too, being cold makes me want to eat
The hidden veg pasta (yes more pasta) was so good!! and so much of it I think I'll be eating it for the next few days lol
Loving the look of the houmous recipes might give one a go tomorrow we always seem to have chickpeas sat in the cupboard doing nothing lol xI hope you know your capable, & brave, & significant.
even when it feels like your not....0 -

Welcome to the thread all the new people
Great words LizzieR!
MrsO (can we call you that?) do you want to join the challenge - it may help to break your loss down into manageable goals so it's less overwhelming.. sometimes it's easier to think of your loss in chunks of half stones rather than a total amount.
Glad to hear it all went well Kathryn xx
Good luck for your interview tomorrow Lantanna :T we'll all be sending you positive vibes!
Happy Birthday Tweets - hope Poppy's given you much birthday love x
