    I'm home :j:j:j

Quite sore, but have some not bad painkillers. Under strict orders to take it easy.
Now got a 4 week wait for another scan to see if it was successful.

Now I'm home I need to get back on plan, as I ate really badly last week.

    Today's plan:
Breakfast - cereal. It seemed the healthiest option, although the milk was really creamy
    Lunch - SW ready meal
Dinner - speedy chilli and jacket potatoes

    HA - milk
HB - cereal. Probably wrong type and wrong quantity, but it's close enough

Obviously no weigh in for me tonight.

Welcome to all the new people and well done to all that have lost.

What a wee cutie tweets (birthday greetings too).

we had pancakes last night and I worked out that 150g of flour was 25 syns. Obviously I didn't eat all the pancakes myself but definitely hoovered up a lot of syns.

Hope you had a good birthday Tweets.

Thanks Shala for the new thread and the chart, as always.

Well done MSM on being our SOTW. Congratulations to all those who reached their targets and good luck to everyone taking part in the next challenge.

S - Ryvita & Laughing Cow cheese triangles

    HEA1 - milk
HEA2 - Laughing Cow cheese triangles
    HEB1 - bread
    HEB2 - Ryvita

Thanks for the chart shala. I always read it although I don't take part myself. 80%+ of target is amazing. Well done everyone!:T

Good to hear you're safely back at home kathrynha. Put your feet up and watch junk tv or have a sleep. I'm sure you'll soon feel better.:)

I agree that Red and Green days are far more flexible than SP although, to be fair, SW never intended SP to be a long term plan. I still think it was a mistake for them to do away with the old plans completely, probably made it easier for them to simplify everything. Personally I'd always try to keep us the Speed on both plans although it's not an essential.

I'm out for a carvery meal this evening. I'll go over syns but it's a better option than may meals out.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks, baked beans
    L: veggie omelette and pickles
    D: carvery (no Yorkshire)
    Syns: too many

After tonight's meal I've got a clear run where I should be in control of food for a while so back on it 100% tomorrow.

That chart makes for good reading Shala - more than 80% of target lost between us - not bad at all!!

Sorry I missed your birthday Tweets, hope it was a good'un!

Glad things went well Kathryn and fingers crossed for you getting home today!

Fingers still crossed for you Lantanna!

Holy cow, yoga was hard work last night, I left the place with jelly legs. As a result I was starving and foraged for a bagel thin in the freezer so that's about another 8 Syns to add to my day's total  I can only hope the yoga offset it a bit. Really don't want to lose the momentum from the last challenge! That said, I do really want pancakes for tea :o

Anyway, just having melon, passion fruit and FF Greek yoghurt for breakfast and off out for a run shortly. I'll pop back later and let you know the damage! :o

    Thank you :)

    Good luck for today lantanna

Hope you're doing ok kathryn best of luck with the recovery

Well done MSM on SOTW :T and congrats any losers this week too. Thanks shala for the chart as always

Top Girl plain flour is 1 syn per teaspoon :)

I'm with you Lois on the red days and being allowed bananas and yoghurts still. I do love SP but find it really restrictive. We're not a massive fan of pancakes in our house, but banana ones sound quite yummy

I've gone over syns yesterday and I did on the weekend too so really not expecting much when I jump on the scales tomorrow. If I get a maintain I'll be over the moon.

But today's a green day and will consist of

B - porridge with apple and cinnamon, 2 cuppas
L - BNS soup with ryvita
T - cheese & broccoli pasta with steamed veggies

    Thank you :)

Our Poppy is such a baby loves everyone apart from other dogs :)
