Good to see losses coming in today. :T to orlao, whiplashy and cazza.
You did well to STS after such a mixed week lois. Now you're back you can start planning. When does your group meet?
I'd really like to go to WI before Easter but not feeling particularly slim at the moment. I'll see how I feel at the end of the week.
I portioned up the Bolognese for the freezer and kept some out for my dinner as DH is out so it's just me.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, ham, fried egg, HEB toast, mushrooms and tomatoes, HEA milk for drinks
L: pork, beetroot, slaw, fried vegJP with speedy Bolognese
Syns: none planned
It's the very last night of my Monday dance class tonight as the teacher is having to give up because of ill health. I suspect someone may bring biscuits or similar so I may be forced to show willing. Hope not.:(0 -
Weigh in tomorrow and I am struggling so much to stick to plan. I am bloated and feel so fat, yet still I can't resist high syn food.
Really struggling with not enjoying my meals at the moment, so the syned food is the only food I am likingZebras rock0 -

It seems so unfair that out of the relatively few foods you can have at the moment that synned ones are on the list! That's rarely the way 'diets' work.
I'm sure you'll find a way to make tasty meals and it won't be for too long.:A0 -

I used to go to group on Wednesday evenings but I'd rather go to a morning class and there's one on Tuesday at 9.30 but with a different, new, consultant. I'm hoping the Wednesday consultant won't feel put out if I change.
Not sure about tomorrow although there's nothing to stop me going - I might be procrastinating...

I know. I love so many speed foods and free foods that are now on my banned list. Actually, just had tonights dinner and enjoyed it, and feel proper full. Now just need to work out what food to take to work tomorrow, as I really didn't like todays.Sorry you are having these problems:( hopefully you will get you're mojo baack soon, but health is more important;)
I feel my mojo is still there, but it's having to fight with the restrictive diet, and the restrictive diet is currently winning. If I can make breakfasts and lunches as nice as tonights dinner, then the mojo might be able to fight backshipr!!!95 wrote: »After yet another Saturday off plan, I was shocked to step on the scales at group.

Go!
Current consultant should be okay with it if you explain that the new group is a better time for you.Zebras rock0
