    Hi Pam,

Maybe an ipod.....mobile phone.... car.....beer......football shirt of their favourite team? Are they into sports or music - maybe something along those lines? Does any of this help? :D:confused:

  • Good Evening,

    :grouphug: to everyone.

Not much OS done today apart from a batch of Twinks - used half caster and half dark brown soft sugar, with a sprinkle of ground ginger lovely and fudgy.

Mum came over this morning organised an order for the butcher to fill the freezer. We also went to find the local Surestart centre as a childminder she needed to sign for some up to date information.

Mum sorted the DW for me, I helped clean the kitchen - still a learner in this area.

Been to post natal pilates, nice and relaxing, took DD with me she was :A just lay on the floor trying to roll over - almost there got the movemnt just not the momentum, she is sitting up by herself though but not steady enough to leave yet.

Had beefburgers and baked beans for tea, DH on lates so simple fair again.

He's been called into work on Friday morning, he has to arrange a shift change though as he doesn't finish until midnight on Thursday, and for an early shift he has to be up at 4am:eek:, all money toward my BM.

    Evening all,

Have had a really good day - OH and I have been really struggling with placement of furniture in the living room, but today we managed to sort it out without arguing :j
Our new LCD TV is up on the wall (with a slightly bodged power connection :o ).
So, because we moved everything around, I gave the room a full deep clean (it was filthy, including cleaning the fire out properly. Now its beginning to look like a home :rotfl:

Did a load of washing this morn, and a load of ironing, so up to date there.

Oh, and my computer now has a new home, with the screen facing away from the sofa, so I can spend more time on here!

Hope you all had a good day

Brilliant Mrs_Mix - I think the 1 will certainly go with a mobile phone and all youngstes have them, maybe the two needs to be something with them being twins?

Well good news, I can go so ferry and first night hotel booked:j :j :j

The Plantar Fasciitis which is damaged, the enlargement is scar tissue. So I have soft insoles, and exercises, twice daily foot massage with Ibrufan Gel (he lined DH up for this ;) 0 and if I was here he would arrange Physio Therapy, but will loook at that when we come back. Mid November. Even better rest is not the answer, though no marathan's or route marches!:T :T :T and we can go on the coastal walks to help the weight loss/fitness regime. http://i168.photobucket.com/albums/u196/donny_gal/Picture011.jpg

Thank for all your good wishes.

  • I am so sorry - I was sure I had posted tonight but not showing up..

Just want to say I am so sorry with thiose going for hospital tests and the resulting problems.

Hope you are all OK and I do love reading your posts through the day but can't reply or do the thanks button. Get to be too tired at this time of night.

    Lots of love.

  • grannybroon...Hester suggested earlier that if people are having difficulty remembering what other posters have said they should cut and paste the good wishes from someone elses post and then edit it to make it more personal. Not that anyone minds of course but I thought you might find it helpful. icon7.gif

Hope you had a good day.
