That's it, my PIP journey is over.....as expected I am getting !!!!!! all, no sour grapes here.....what I would say is that for 64 years I have always believed that honesty is the best policy.....I am no longer so sure about that....thanks to all that helped along the way, lessons learned, job done......Jack.

I have to agree with you. Being honest, getting help where you can didn't help me either.
OK yes looking back I may have 'played down' my difficulties when the form was being completed, but that is normal. Who wants to be an old mis having to relive their life for a stranger. Being disabled, I like many others find ways round the many difficulties that we encounter every day. I'm 67 (68 in June) and had the same result - 0 points.

I, like you gave up but then after thinking about what the DWP did, came to the conclusion that it simply isn't fair or right. So I have entered the rocky road of a MR and will go through the appeal process if need be if only to get them to acknowledge the problems and difficulties I have to live with. We are also self sufficient financially and don't really need the money - but there is more than money in play here - justice is something you cannot afford to ignore.

Give it another thought - do you feel cheated or disregarded by the DWP? If so get an appeal under way. They should not be allowed to get away with it.
