Unfortunately I too have been duped by this company exisoftware. I follishly assumed that because they were using pay-pal they were legit but clearly they are not.
Google were also listing the company.
I also sent numerous e-mails requesting an update re delivery of the product with no repsonse. In my last I threatened the company with legal action.#
Not surprisingly, today the website is unavailable. An identical website calling itself esoftwareworld.com is now making the same promises. Clearlt the company (and I use the term loosely) realise that a number of people are on to them and have changed their name in the hope of duping others.
DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE AS YOU WILL ALSO LOSE YOUR MONEY!
Like rohelendus above I am not finished with this yet and am taking the matter further.
Any advice on how best to proceed?
Well I checked on companies house and the name is not registered there so I've contacted them to let them know a UK company is using the "Ltd" term in its name (which I'm pretty sure is illegal in itself if they're not a registered limited company)."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"

Well I've also notified 1 and 1 (the registrar) about the new site and time.com.my (the host)."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"

It's bound to all be false though isn't it? He used a false address on his contact page on his last website and considering last time he used a terrorist's name, this time "Shaun Fanning" is the infamous founder of Napster (coincidence?)."She is quite the oddball. Probably best, report it to paypal too (assuming you paid through paypal). Paypal only refund you (if they eventually find in your favour) from the available funds in the seller's account, if the seller has already closed/cleared out their account then paypal won't stump up the refund themselves.
As for the tel. number above, I haven't tried it but isn't it too long to be a valid number?"She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"

I too got caught yesterday, should have known better. Paid with credit card through Paypal. Spoke to credit card company this morning re refund. They say I have to wait 30 days to give the company a chance to deliver but then if no goods there is a good chance they will refund me the money.
Don't know if this helps anyone.:o0 -
Hi,I was also duped into buying the Microsoft Office Professional 2007 Full Version @ £31.99..However, I am yet to receive the item. The website seems to have gone down and after trying to contact them through PayPal, the messages aren't getting through (the email account will also have been closed). Can anyone offer me any advice as to what to do next?
Thanks, David0
