I've never made muffins before, so today I have made some raspberrry and chocolate chip muffins especially for this challeng. The challenge gives me the excuse to try them out on someone else, rather than risk the ridicule of my lot if they're no good! :T :T

I'm going to give them to my next door neighbours as they kindly gave me a load of raspberries from their garden!

Does this count?



OH, don't know what happened there - I took 2 pictures of my lovely muffins (steady now!) and tried to paste a picture but it doesn't seem to work? I might need some help with this :eek:

How do you attach a picture? Anyone?

Rikki - thanks for that info - I'm getting too long in the tooth to keep up with all this elektrickery stuff! It keeps doing this thing that my daughter calls "progressing" - I can't cope!

Anyway, as instructed, have opened a photobucket account (that was really easy, thanks)

Here are the muffins straight from the oven, and then in the pretty little box I put them in for delivering to the neighbours!
