Your white chocolate truffles look good. I made some (with cardamom), but I really struggled with them. They were just too soft, even after refrigeration. :( Not one of my strengths, confectionary. :o

And I could probably just manage a coffee fudge ball with my coconut ice, cheers. :D
If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.
  • If I remember correctly, the rules allow multiple entries  As many of you know, I'm a Money Adviser at CAB. As we're a charity, many of us are on short-term contracts, and 6 of us had our redundancy notices last week. Today we had a 5-hour meeting  to plan the service once we leave. It's been my worst day this year, so we needed this cake that I made ;) Sorry that it' sparsely decorated, I've nearly finished the tub, and can't find any more :o

It looks great, if a little flat from that angle! :p

You are allowed multiple entries, but you only get one number, for the first one you do. That's mostly just because I'm lazy. :D

Sorry to hear about the redundancy - although it is an excellent excuse for cake. ;)

Yup! I want to see the depth, and the filling, if I am to properly assess the quality of the cake. :p
