Your white chocolate truffles look good. I made some (with cardamom), but I really struggled with them. They were just too soft, even after refrigeration. Not one of my strengths, confectionary.

And I could probably just manage a coffee fudge ball with my coconut ice, cheers.

If I remember correctly, the rules allow multiple entries As many of you know, I'm a Money Adviser at CAB. As we're a charity, many of us are on short-term contracts, and 6 of us had our redundancy notices last week. Today we had a 5-hour meeting :eek: to plan the service once we leave. It's been my worst day this year, so we needed this cake that I made Sorry that it' sparsely decorated, I've nearly finished the tub, and can't find any more

It looks great, if a little flat from that angle!

You are allowed multiple entries, but you only get one number, for the first one you do. That's mostly just because I'm lazy.

Sorry to hear about the redundancy - although it is an excellent excuse for cake.
