    Only taken me a month to post this :rolleyes: . I baked my first cake for DS's pre-school teachers at the end of half term.

    They loved it and were most appreciative to the point where I was a bit embarassed :o

    It was so nice to make other people smile with something as simple as a cake that I now make chocolate fridge cakes for our pre-school committee meetings.

    Right, don't faint, Mr BE............I finally did it today. :eek: I do NOT bake. This was my first attempt. And I am bringing it round to my sister later today. It is not her birthday or an early Xmas pressie......its just to say thanks. :D

    About blooming time....:rolleyes:......yes it did taste as good as it looks. :D

    I am making homemade mince pies tomorrow. Have my niece and nephew round to assist. I shall post piccies up. :D
