I'll start the usual thread. Once I've got the recipe, that is. I've got a magnum of Alsacian Reisling to go with it. :jIf you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.0 -
Had a few problems uploading these, but got there in the end. I did lots of plates of homemade sweets for our spanish neighbours for our Chloresterol fiesta on 29 dec (it basically a big pork BBQ) Since we came to live in the village everyone has been so helpful to us. there's about 90 people living permanently in the pueblo but at holiday times all the relatives come up to see Granny. Some of the old ladies whose relatives had died during the year don't come to the fiestas so I took individual plates of goodies to them.
I made Christmas shortbread, white chocolate truffles, dark chocolate truffles, coffee fudge, coconut ice, caramel rice crispie cakes, dipped chocolate marshmallows and of course mince pies0 -

That could prove interesting. Depending at what stage of cooking the bottle gets opened. :rotfl:
I'm not over keen on scallops so I'd open the bottle at stage one.£2 Coins Savings Club 2012 is £4.............................NCFC member No: 00005.........
