Right, chocolatey.... is it ok to use spreadable butter in cakes? It might be a dumb question but it goes a bit floppy if I let it get to room temerature. It's lurpack if that makes any difference?:A

:think: Errr...I'm not 100% sure, but I would say yes. Some recipes have oil, and some melted butter, so I reckon it wouldn't matter if it was a bit soft.
