Vodafone cannot compete or do not want to at least. When I asked for pac code they never even contacted me.
From 3 contracts to zero contracts
I don't think they want to tbh. I was with them for years, but they can't compete with their own brand Voxi, retentions told me that themselves last year.

I moved to Voxi and it was a no brainer. All the benefits of Vodafone, no hassle moving no., free social media and £10pm for 15GB.

Aside from people who need entertainment packages or other stuff (roaming might be different iirc), I can't see any reason for someone to be on Voda when their own brand offers the same network far cheaper.

Interestingly now when I went on to retrieve my PAC on my account they were offering me some SIM only deals which appear to be for the full length of the contract, although I haven't clicked through yet to verify.

    Red 5GB 50% off £7.50 per month
    Red 10GB 50% off £8.50 per month
    Red 120GB 30% off £14 per month
Red 120GB + Ent pack 25% off £20.25 per month
Where did those appear out of interest?  If I request my PAC online I get a screen saying "We're sorry you're thinking of leaving" and one of the options on that page is 20% off some SIM only tariffs which are very unappealing.  Whereas the Red 10GB and 120GB plans that you've been offered would be more interesting for me.
I see it in Settings - Plan Settings - Switch to Another Network, and then it is at the bottom of the screen on that page.

Thanks.  Found it but still getting the crappy offers I mentioned above - i.e. downgrades rather than upgrades.  Guess I'll see if anything changes in a few weeks.

Yes its all a bit haphazard, I rang them to see if they had any offers on other plans and had the same derisory offers as before.

I don't use that much data but would ideally like something with US roaming included as I will be over there a bit this year and £6 a day adds up, but on Voda that is only on the extremely expensive unlimited  Max + 4Xtra plans, which is massive overkill for my low data requirements

After many calls to and from Vodafone to try and get a good deal (and nothing being offered for my 5 contracts and 20 years loyal custom), I finally went to Affordable Mobiles as all my contracts finished this week.

Very strange that I managed to get all the phones I wanted on much better contracts with much bigger data allowances, still keeping all our numbers and back on the Vodafone network for around £15 less on each contract than Vodafone were trying to offer me direct.

Crazy situation, but there you go.

You can get an additional SIM with 40GB for £10/month for 18 months. Then port out and back to the new SIM.

It used to be 100GB for £10

You can get 140GB for £13

Log in to your account, and look for additional SIM. It's only the 18 month contracts that's are good value.

Looked again this morning and the offers were much better - so I have just renewed with a 10gb/month SIM only plan for £8.50 per month over the next 24 months (with annual April increases to come).  That's £2/month cheaper than when I got this same package two years ago.

My 2 year £10.50 (now £11 something) for 10GB expired yesterday, so just been on the live chat to see if they could improve on the raft of "15% off, just for you" type SIM-only upgrades on the app/website.

    Offered 12GB for
£10, which isn't too bad. However, I need more data as I'm always running out of the 10GB. Asked if I could get 20GB and was told the next tier up is £14 for 30GB.

Requested my PAC so hopefully retentions get in touch or better deals appear in my upgrade section.

I may end taking that 12GB one if I get nowhere, as it is more data for less money after all...
