Just out of interest what were you offered ?
The best place for Vodafone Customer Service on the eForum. The Team there will do just about anything to help customers and when its account specific, you only have to sent your details to pass data protection and after that, its all done privately.
The CC's on the forum can answer any general enquiries and most of them have a basic knowledge of Vodafone services.0 -

They offered Unlimited mins/txt --3GB data
4G + an add on sports/music £17. 29 pm
Unlimited mins/txt --1GB data 3G £9.50 pm
But I need decent customer services & the eforum is pathetic.0 -

Just phoned 191 for my PAC on one of my 3 contracts I explained why I was leaving as my hubby has seen a £9 a month over 12 mths, 750 mins, 5000 texts and 1GB of data at our local tesco's. The operator assured me they could do a better deal as I'm such a good customer and have 3 contracts with them she duly put me through to a gentleman who proceeded to tell me the best he could offer was £10.40 a month for 12 mths which included 900mins, Unlimited texts and 750mb data. which effectively meant the first operator acting on behalf of vodafone completely lied in her assurances. I pointed out i was also going to take out a 4th contract for my daughter on a sim only 12 mth contract this seemed to make no difference. So unfortunatley it looks like we are heading to tesco with 2 of the contracts.
Vodafone moderators i would definatley like your help with this and you to contact me also can you tell me does A Lyttleton nolonger work for vodafone loyalty team I had an email address he gave me to contact him when i wanted to change my husbands contract but he has never replied to the emails I have sent so wondered if maybe he nolonger works there?
Hi fairywishes,
Apologies for the delay with replying.
I'm afraid we wouldn't be able to match the deal you've seen with Tesco Mobile.
Also, we don't have anyone named A Lyttleton currently working for us.
Kind regards,
Lee

Thoughts please;
12 months SIMO
unlimited minutes
unlimited txts
1 GB data
10.50 per month, with 2 months free
normally 21 per month
Currently on 600 minutes (£9), and went over it last month, and ended up with a whopping £140 bill! More than I normally spend in a year. I asked for a PAC, and am seriously considering moving, I was hoping for a goodwill gesture from vodafone. Would you hold out for more?0 -
shell820810 - sounds like a good deal to me but what do I know??
I only have 300m, u/l texts and 250gb for £10 per month and I had to beg, steal and borrow that tariff last year! Vodafone definitely very mean to customers over 15 years with them! Couldn't get a phone and decent tariff hence opted for SIM only. I have a hand me down phone as my HTC died. I went over my mins last month and ended up paying whopping £45 bill! OH totally not pleased! Oops!!
I need a new phone as the Samsung S3 doesn't hold its battery charge for long. Fed up having to charge overnight and then again during the day. They won't offer me anything under £26.50 a month. I've said it before but haven't done anything about it but I intend to keep to it this time, time to move on from Vodafone. They've done absolutely nothing for me for the past few years.0 -

Amazing dealI want lol, is the LG G3 even out, and whats the official no discount price.
I have 1.5months left on my contract and was looking for what sort of deals Vodafone offer, seems pretty mixed here but hopefully I can get something similar to what I currently have.
Unlimited Mins
Unlimited Text
8GB 4g (4g was free from promotion)
12month spotify/sky
£31.99 but got £170~ through topcash back so it works out really well.
The upgrade store offers me 7gb data for £32 so I would be paying the same for less data due to the free promotion I got original which is not to enticing, it is also the same deal they give new customers which is just a slap too the face.
Going to try call up an get the red XL half price which would be 10gb for £21 and do me nicely.0 -
Just called Vodafone to say I wanted to cancel my contract and move to PAYG for a couple of months and then take out a new contract at Christmas (which is the truth). They asked what it would take to stay, at which I asked for a tariff with free Samsung Galaxy S5 in black and unlimited data for £27/month.
Was offered the phone for free with 4gb data, unlimited calls and minutes and for £26.21 plus VAT/month (so around £31). It's the first time I've had a straight up offer like this without having to write in or speak to retentions etc. Just a case of whether I think I can get a contract on any network around Christmas with the phone for free, unlimited data and for £25 a month.
Any advice?0 -
Just been offered the following retention deal when I asked for my PAC code:
HTC One M8
600mins
UL txts
1Gb of 4G data
£25/month for 24 months
Any thoughts? Seems ok but nothing special!! Am holding out for closer to £20 or im cancelling. Also hate being tied down for 2yrs.0
