retentions are good for deals but be careful. you have to ask the fine detail as well as make sure they apply the right discount0

Very pleased with my deal offered last night. Cancelled contract three weeks ago and rang last night for PAC code. Had sim only plan for my Blackberry which was 900 mins, 500mb, unlimited texts for £25.
Now have
900 mins
1gb data
Unlimited data for 3 months
Unlimited texts
+ new Blackberry Curve for......
£12.50 a month.
Very happy.
Was planning on moving to o2 on the simplicity £15.50 deal, but no need now.
In very similar position - though have you tried asking for higher end handset? I imagine there is a steep price.0 -

I'm waiting for a phone call back after cancelling on Sunday evening. They have phoned me 5/6 times now but been stuck at work. Certainly would be after the deal you quoted above.
How did you get that deal?0 -
the s3 12 month deal is an interesting one as voda are giving that phone with the contract much cheaper than it is available on a sim only deal0

Hi TREVORCOLMAN,
If you are looking to cancel your account, you would either need to request a PAC or give the 30 days notice.
If you would like to get in touch with me to help with this, you can do so via the link here with WRT135 FAO Heidi in the subject.
Many thanks,
Heidi

Hi All
My contract of 2 years runs out on 24/11/12 and on my Vodafone app it says I can upgrade from 10/09/12. I'm looking to get on a better price plan or switch to PAYG. I currently pay about £48 a month for 1200 mins unlimited texts and 650mb data which seems pretty poor deal to me. I'm halfway through the month and have used 4 minutes and 50mb so i'm clearly not on the right tariff. Would I be able to switch to PAYG from the 10/9 or would I need to wait till November to do that or are there better options available to me?0 -
Didn't realise that you can cancel your contract with Vodafone, how much does it cost? I am fed up with them, and want to change to another company. My contract finishes on Jan 20130
