I'm sure it will be fine - just make sure you check your first bill to make sure its correct.0 -
You need to check the discount of the line rental is for the fall term of the contract. Sometimes its on for 3-6 months only. Just ring them to send it whilst you are on the phone or even a text.
Had this when i did my 6 contracts, took about 5 calls before they worded the email exactly as they promised.0 -
Asked for PAC this am.
First offer as above at 600min, unl text 500gb £36 pm
I called them back half an hour later as this not as good as on their website.
Offered 3000 mins, unl text 1gb data.
They called back at lunchtime and offered:
600mins, unl text, 1gb data £25 pm
Sounds OK to me0 -

Any idea who they were? What was the number that called you?0 -
No idea, just said vodafone. Said I would call back but they said I couldn't do that they will have to call me.
Just waiting now to see if they call again or I can't get the deal.0 -
Did you ask for the PAC code and then go away? This is the key as you have taken the first step to leaving.
Look on Moneysupermarket comparison site and tell them the best deal on there from all networks, nett price after cashback. Refuse their offer and go away and wait for a call.0 -
Very pleased with my deal offered last night. Cancelled contract three weeks ago and rang last night for PAC code. Had sim only plan for my Blackberry which was 900 mins, 500mb, unlimited texts for £25.
Now have
900 mins
1gb data
Unlimited data for 3 months
Unlimited texts
+ new Blackberry Curve for......
£12.50 a month.
Very happy.
Was planning on moving to o2 on the simplicity £15.50 deal, but no need now.0 -
I am looking for a galaxy S3 as I'm due upgrade and have been a vodafone customer for 11 years.
Best I was offered was £41 for 12 month contract 1GB unlimited texts and 600 mins.
Are there better deals out there? If so any help would be appreciated.0 -
Request cancellation (or PAC if you want to keep your number), wait for retentions to call and see what they offer you.
You might struggle to get better than that on a 12 month contract though.
Have a look at Money Supermarket, uswitch and o mio to see what you can get.0 -
Thanks buscape. I will have a look at the comparison sites you mention0
