Hi Espi.
Many thanks for responding to my comments.
I didn't realise that you were so busy, I didn't give it a thought and withdraw my criticising comment.
Yes Jonathon came up with a deal, it wasn't just a good deal, IT WAS A GREEEEAAAAAAT DEAL in my opinion.
So once again many thanks for you reply,
Albert.:j:beer::rotfl::T:)0 -

I think there are better deals out there. Shop around a bit more. What are Orange and O2 saying?0 -
I'm another disgruntled Voafone customer who is going to leave due to poor customer service. My deal had expired some time ago and I decided to go for th Nokia N900. I went in to the Trafford Centre store, discussed a deal (24months, 900 mins, unlim txts, unlim mobile internet) and was offerred a £5 p month customer loyalty reward for the duration, taking it to £35 p month. I ws very happy with this, and accepted the deal. The store had no handsets, but advised that the deal stood, regardless of the wording on my quote stating only valid for 1 day, and I awaited notification of a handset being available. Two days later, phone call from the store that a handset was there for me, I asked them to transfer it to another store....long story short, after agreeing it, it never materialised. Tried phoning the store repeatedly and no answer, even to voicemail messages for a calback. The same deal is not available online and the telephone upgrades team, apart from being very rude, stated that they did not have it available to them. I have exchanged many emails with customer services by email (no one has had the courtesy to phone me) and they were not prepared to do anything except utter platitudes. I asked them to take ownership and assist, but to no avail. I contacted the 'I'm leaving you' team and requested my PAC code, that should be texted to me by later on today. Such a shame becaues Vodafone have great reception and I really like the handset, but, let's face it, another great handset is always just around the corner. I am leaving because of the lies of the staff in store and the complete failure of the customer services team in my case - I only asked them to honour what I had been offerred in store.
Now off to look around...0 -

Hi Albert,
What I meant is I contacted them using the code provided but they still haven't responded despite me using the codes. Did they respond to you after you followed the instructions from the WRT?0 -

Ok thanks. I think I've gotten too worked up. I ended up even more frustrated yesterday because for some reason I couldn't get through to returns! I'll be patient and wait till monday.0 -
