Absolutely no fly zone here today. I have been on Teenager Visit to the Big Town Supervisory duties for 4 girls  . And now I am absolutely shattered! They were very good to be fair.

Nothing will get done this evening beyond feeding them, and me and DH. Well I might see my way to dealing with some paperwork or admin type stuff, but that will be all.

    Have a good evening everyone.

Did manage to do the pruning yesterday - took me most of the morning & rain stopped play! Still bin is nearly full and did manage to clear some other bits into it. Minor emergency - stupidly I used a cotton bud to clean my ear and the bud came off the stick! Tried to use tweezers to get it out & ended up pushing it further in so a trip to Nurse who syringed it out and didn't lecture me.
Chicken frame stripped and meat in the freezer ready to make a pie at sometime and bones simmered for stock. A YS pasta dish for tea - glad I didn't pay full price as it was very average.
S&S upstairs today as I've lots of stuff going on at the mo.

Mild here as well, and very foggy at the mo. DH escaped early to work, girls are still asleep upstairs. DW unloaded and bits WUDUPA to clear the work top. Have pullled out a stack of plastic boxes from a kitchen cupboard as they fell out on me one time too many, so I'll have to think of what to do with those. Just about to go in for a HHI if anyone cares to join....

Natty don't worry; the only way I ever know what day it is, is to ask Mr LW. :rotfl:
Just poking my head round the door; feel fraudulent posting as Flying just isn't happening, been in w-a-y too much pain. GP has upped my sustained-release morphine to 40mg twice daily (from 30mg) - got to go and get extra tablets shortly (S/drug had to order them in for me) so hopefully that will help. Got to go for an ECG next Monday, and see the audiologist for a hearing test on Tuesday, both of which I am dreading.

At this rate, Flying will likely re-commence properly in March. :( Feel highly ashamed, but not a lot I can do about it.

Btw Valli congrats on being Slimmer of the Week.:T

:naughty:Lamewolf - NEVER feel ashamed - you can only do what your body will allow and your health comes before everything. If you are under par you can't help help anyone else so look after you.
There :naughty: that's a proper telling off!

  • LW, Silva is right. The housework can wait, you look after yourself. You do it when you feel better. Rest up, and think about spring, it's just round the corner. Big love to you xxxx

I have done nothing but basics today, I am bracing myself for half term holiday next week. DH has taken the week off too so I won't be coping with girlie type teenage tantrums on my own.
Tomorrow I will try to summon the energy to do what will be my last bit of flying till a week the following Tuesday. I may even if the weather allows have twenty minutes outside sat on the bench with a hot drink and plan what's going where so I am prepared for when we decide to wake the garden up.

Gentle hugs and spoons LW X

Plans for today changed as ds2's befriender cancelled and we only saw the message 15 mins prior to the session.

    Ground floor dysoned
    Towels washed and td
    Cleaning cycle for wm achieved
Wm drawer soaked in baby sterilising solution to remove some mould

Lego Harry Potter board game played and unfortunately I won. Good learning opportunity.

Ds2 only had 1 long sleeved top left in his wardrobe so airing cupboard sorted and ironing all done again. I found 6 tops so that makes 8 in total so I can't think where his others are unless I have km them.

Bins emptied, gate opened ready for DH to take the wheelies around to the front.
