I was turning right into a junction a car stopped and flashed me but wasn't 100% sure so I waited until they completely stopped it was dark around 6.30pm so harder to tell as I was turning a motorbike has come on to my side of the road over taking the car that stopped ( they were also turning right)
Was it the bike turning right or the car that stopped?

Car slows to allow you to pass through, bike overtakes... see it day in day out impatient !!!!!! on two wheels doing this.... they can take solice in the fact they have right of way... we'll be sure to note that at the funeral or could even put it on their grave stone 'mark smith, had right of way, rip'

Reads to me like op was turning off a main road in to a side street... and I suspect the crucial point for the insurers will be something like the Ike was pulled back in to his lane at point of impact and op was turning so to them op turned in to the path of the oncoming vehicle.
    Sucks.

A lot of self righteous fools on bikes, I have little sympathy for a lot of them. Shame really as it gives a bad rep to those that do ride with care and only overtake when safe to do so and not on the white line between two opposing cars

If you do return OP a little more info is required , I don't get that both vehicles were turning right, were both indicating?

One piece of advice , ignore just trying as without more info it is impossible to understand where the blame lies but he/she has you guilty just because you were in the car

Could have been a crossroads, both cars want to turn right so the other car stops to allow the op's car to turn first - but that would mean the motorbike was overtaking a car indicating right and driving into the front of the OP's car?

If it was a crossroads and the other vehicle was also turning right, it's only an assumption that they were indicating.
The number of vehicles that use indicators nowadays seems to be dropping all the time and it's not in any way unusual to see many road users who either don't know when to use indicators or who do know but simply can't be bothered.

Far too many unknowns at the moment for any sensible help to be offered. OP, you need to explain properly where each vehicle was, what the priorities on the roads were, and the exact sequence of events. It will be much easier if you give a link to the location on Google Maps, as already requested.
  • You're fault. You shouldn't have exited the junction.

She wasnt stationary, she was exiting a junction as they said. " as I was turning"

How was it you're side of the road ?.
Your just adding to the confusion. The op states
:I was turning right into a junction
    Regarding the biker she states:
He came on my side of the road and he also was over taking by a junction

The biker doesn't have 'right of way' (Highway Code, page 34), and indeed is in the wrong by overtaking without due care (Rule 162) and on the approach to a junction (167).

It might have been an Audi . .

Before I posted last night, I read the op over and over, and whilst trying to envisage what happened, sipped a small glass of Saki, but even that didn't help ;)
