    Emailed court again and call them tomorrow ..thanks anyway for all your advice..just need to get this sorted

    Spoke to court ..they now say they didn't recieve 2nd directions yet they stamped it but said it is not on their system . Sending us forms to complete to hopefully grant us to court and help with court costs. Seeing MP Monday and taking this to the papers.

    Finally got judgement reconsidered or held off and based on paperwork resent to court and agreed for case to be heard in a local court so hopefully the CCJ will be removed and compensated for all this hassle

    Don't lose sight of the fact you still have to face a hearing and before that, you will need to prepare a Witness Statement and put your evidence together and file it with the court and the claimant's solicitor.

    As per post #2 of the NEWBIES thread, when you get a court date it will also say when you MUST file your WS and evidence. Glad you are seeing this through, especially if the driver's name and address were already given before court proceedings commenced?

    Keeper can't be legally liable, if the driver's name and address can be shown to have been provided before court stage. But the only law/facts the Judge will consider on that will be the evidence the keeper provides with the your WS and later, on the day in court.

    Assume the Judge is not familiar with parking cases/the POFA.

    Which court? Some are great...others not so.
