Yes letter is dated 11 July that is right but not recieved on that day
  • This may not be a popular view, but having read this thread, I think that with so much else going on in their lives, the OP simply doesn't have the bandwidth to deal with a set aside and any subsequent further court case.

Reluctantly, I would suggest that the OP's best course of action is to pay the £259.89 before the the CCJ is registered, and move on with their lives.

And a pox upon the houses of the PPC.

Do not call Gladstones - get help from your MP, it sounds like you need some support.

You need to understand whoever that court document is addressed to now has a ccj against them.

Go back through the thread to the posts you received following your #79 to see the advice you have received.

Subsequent threats about bailiffs being the next step shouldn't be ignored!!

The recipient of the. Ccj does need to act fast if they want to appeal on the grounds that the court has lost documents etc.

The judgement coming from Northampton does indicate no DQ were received at all (unless the recipients live there)

With so much else going on this £259 is out the question..RK should not be involved even though is the RK but just don't get why they keep going for the RK when ALL driver details been given and EPS acknowledge who the driver was. YET still pursue the RK that's not fair is it. RK not in any position to pay anything and why should the when not at fault and with this stress added into other things the driver is so poorly that now unable to work so hardly any income.. just present this all to the MP again and see the main man and go from there as this back and forth on here as much as it's good to hear the views not really getting us anywhere just going round in circles
