Got meeting with MP on Monday he said he is gonna get involved himself personally as this is completely out of order0

Good luck, this is a poor state of affairs. Try giving the court another ring and see if they have read your email. Keep bothering them.
I must say that was dreadful advice from the CAB. Contacting the IPC is a complete waste of time. Even if they cared (which they don't) they can't do anything about the court procedure.0 -
The courts are saying have to pay £200+ to take it back to court .. I said it's never been to court as never got given the chance ..just a pure money making scam0

A set aside is £255. You get that back if you are succesful though.0

Not necessarily. The £255 is to pay for the set aside hearing. The court keep it irrespective of the outcome of the hearing
If the set aside request is successful and the claimant chooses to drop the matter or you win a subsequent reissue of the original claim then you can pursue the claimant to reimburse you0 -
Update
Emailed court and no reply back, contacted CAB they said to contact IAS. Emailed them as no phone number to speak to anyone, their reply if I feel they have breached the IPC code of practice the go back on their website.
Today RK had another letter from Gladstones saying if don't pay the £256 then they will issue a CCJ thus has got RK really upset .
Just emailed another solicitors to see what they can do to help and spoken to my MP .
Pure nightmare !!!!
Now this is getting confusing.
Previously you told us that you had received a. Ccj.
Now you say you have a new letter from Gladstone threatening the "issue of a ccj'
Only courts can do this. So what does the letter actually say?
Could it be regarding a separate PCN altogether?0 -
Update
.....contacted CAB they said to contact IAS. .......
But they do have "experts" on county court procedure and could help you understand what has gone wrong with your paperwork with the court, and help sort this issue out.
The longer you leave this hanging, the less likely you can change things, and the greater the chances the claimant takes enforcement action.
See if you can get an appointment at the CAB to discuss the courts loss of documents, and the resultant CCJ you got as a result of this. NOT how to deal with the PPC!0 -
Your confused .. how you think we feel . Getting letter tomorrow to have a look at it. No CCJ has been issued yet. No trips to court yet.
Reading again through paperwork I am confused as to what EPS issue is was it being 8 mins late back because another letter reads that a ticket wasn't clearly displayed in car but the picture the warden took clearly shows it on the dashboard . Either way within the 10 min grace period and have evidence to prove ticket was clearly displayed .
The court letter just says the questionnaire can't be used as out of time limit but court won't explain if they are basing this on first or second questionnaire. Said it had been struck out of court and to pay Gladstones £256 . So told court via phone and email this won't be paid as we need our side heard and should be given the opportunity to fight case.
Then letter arrived from Gladstones today saying if this figure is not paid by certain date they will take to court and issue a CCJ.. so I just don't get it either .. emailed a solicitor now to see what they say and meeting the MP on Monday.0 -
I will put it up on here tomorrow as it went to RK address .0
