......No CCJ has been issued yet......
But you told us earlier in the thread that you were being threatened with bailiffs (which can only happen after you have been issued a CCJ by court)

....Didn't hear anything for a good while then last week 2 letters from the court saying it's struck out and we have to pay charges.
...... . Then another letter saying if don't pay will get bailiffs.

OK so the letter I have in front of me is from the court and it says in the top judgement for claimant and it says To the defendant , you have not replied to the claim form ( not sure what claim form as everything we had went back to the court) and says ordered to pay claimant £162.89 for debt and £97 costs so £259.89. If not paid then order fir goods may be removed . So this is not a CCJ yet is it.

On another letter I have noticed in small writing it states the defendant was driver of the vehicle on said day and keeper of the car.. that is completely false.

    Yes. That is a CCJ.

    Got 11 July on letter

This is not on as it's gone to RK and NOT driver . It's like everything that has been said and handed in has been completely ignored. Can a CCJ be overturned?

Just got all the paperwork back out and nothing has been ignored but replied too . Gladstones asked for no mediation but on paperwork RK and myself sent back it said did want to mediate. Bare in mind never done this before as never happened . Just remember read a letter EPS sent to my MP and that makes no sense they are saying the drivers name which is correct so RK name is not on letter yet going after the RK and not driver. But state it was observed that the car had not clearly displayed a park and display ticket in its windowscreen but the photo the warden took clearly shows it and it 16.56 ticket expired and was 17.05 when driver returned so period of 8 min 28 seconds.
That they give a 10 minute grace period providing a motorist parks his or her car for a period longer than one hour. They reckon this was not the case .

So therefore if no ticket was displayed how did they know it expired at 16.56 ?

Am I missing something here ???
