Well done on exam results euronorris. Great news.
Keep studying the next one will con people around very soon.

Firefly well done on win. Strange that the only one you found was from so long ago.

Alfie we were told not to put on social media who John Bishop was in conversation with but yesterday John Bishop put it in himself. No one in audience knew before hand. It was Jeremy Corbyn. I had thought there was a lot of security not only were our bags searched but they scanned us with a hand scanner and there was security people everywhere. It was very interesting. John Bishop had no notes or ear piece and they were talking for an hour and a half and still went on after the recording.

We did go on bus to Oxford Circus and one shop had these beautiful gold snow flakes in the shop front lots of them that looked breathtakingly good. I went back to look and it was River Island.

hiya leanfun, yes I agree it seems strange to receive
a win from all that time ago!
I searched & searched the boards & even freebies
& search gave me the same results each time,
so I searched 'pure aura melon & cucumber deodorant'
which gave me a thread from laks
    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5641386
& a quick search on google with it showed the same pic as the prize I received

so am not sure where it was won from but at least i'd thanked the ops for posting so am quite happy :)

    :hello: Good morning everyone

I hope you're all ok today - me thinks that we have had a
rainy night here - not sure if it's still ongoing - can't actually
tell at the mo cos it's still pitch black outside - will see in a
while when it's time to feed the nature reserve outside! :p

Edit: Just been outside to top up the feeders now as it's a
little lighter and although it's not raining at present the
garden is very wet underfoot - definitely needed my
    wellies. :p

:T Big congrats on passing your exam euronorris. Brilliant
    achievement! :T :D :j

Will have fingers 'n paws crossed for you in January when
you sit your final exam. :D

:T :j Lovely win fire**fly and very well done on your
detective work on tracking down the comp after all this
    time! sherlock-smiley.gif?1292867671

Strangely enough leanfun I was thinking about the John
Bishop interview yesterday because he was a guest on a
Radio 2 programme - as you say - he's such a natural and
    always very down to earth.

Have a lovely Saturday all - please take care whatever
    your plans.

Looking a nice day here although it does feel cold.
Well done to all the winners.

Must have been nice to see John Bishop leanfun. I am a big fan of his comedy style and think he seems a lovely person.

Well done on the exam Euro, must be hard work working with a young daughter and doing exams.

    Wishing everyone a lovely weekend.

  • Hi slinking in , it's been a few days have spent every spare minute comping and doing next months end day ones so hope I am not too far behind , then can just do the advent dailys..Anyone getting super excited? Last few years had really bad depression so much melancholy such a flat nothing mood about Christmas by the time I felt festive it was mid January! So this is fab for me. I have even wrapped 2/3 of the gifts in preparation but of course we will all have to do lots more for the wins we get right?

Leafun well done on suprise Pokemon game and childrens animal book
Euro on the cake Decorating book huge cograts on passing your exam!
    Hey Wingobins
Alfieblue our local chuch has a tree festival every year its delightful, plus the lady who runs it does meditative therapy for mums afterwards then a family Christmas do , and you can take a tree if you wish as it is the end of the festival , I'm taking one to decorate our local park as the council haven't put one up for a few years, think it would look nice.
Firefly...what does the plate look like..i'm expecting something cheesy espcially if it looked like it came in a pizza box ha ha.

Went to Lullingstone Roman villa. Was not so good middle son had one of his meltdowns and spent most of it hiding or getting agitated. I have his asd assessment Wednesday . I have known since he was 2 something wasn't quite "neuro normal" he's my quirky little lad . But I guess like most parents I wanted to hope and wish it would go away because you sort of bury your head in the sand when it comes to potential life long learning difficulties. My brother was born severely brain damaged , so have spent at least 30 years of my life working with Mencap and people with a great range of issues, my stepbrother and nephew and friends twins have asd tanging in severity., so I'm pretty confident what exactly is "wrong" with little pickle. Truth be told I am a little anxious for him and how he will cope I think this is the reason for the past two weeks extra bizarreness, of course he can't articulate the reason, he doesn't understand himself! I'm just so glad hubby and I have been together for 20 years almost and love each other dearly , no arguments , it gives him some comfort i'm sure. Every day is different ..we just take each hour as it comes with him and try to make sure he feels safe and secure. Anyhow..

Have a great evening, Hope for lot of lovely wins Comping fairy has bee on a mini break here but my crockpot turned up , totally delighted with it which reminds me must go off and thank whoever posted it.

Keep safe lots of love to you all x
