The thing at hospital sounds painful. I hope not.

Glad you are getting out and about and that it's so MSE. Im debating whether to go to a carboot on Saturday.

I hope not too ! I am asking for sedation so hopefully I wont feel a thing :D

Counting down to payday after my last 2 direct debits come off I should have £56.21 left. I will need to put £10 petrol in the car next week. So that leaves £46.21 for food which should be ok as the freezer is full of meat after our muscle foods delivery earlier this month, so it should just be milk & veg/salad.

That's great that you have money left over. I can pay my next months credit card bill using what's left of my May wages.

I really fancy a car boot but it will mean spending some of the money for the cc bill. I will get paid next week though so I can pay it all off using £20 from my June wages.

Decisions, decisions - do I visit the car boot in the nice weather (£20 max, it's my first one this year, weather will be gorgeous) or do I mow grass (which is free) as an activity this weekend? :)

Mow the grass and sit back and enjoy a glass or two of Pimm's would get my vote :)

I'm lucky that we have a local car boot so its within walking distance and I usually eat and drink before I go with a friend, then call at friends house after for a drink. I don't think I've ever spent as much as £20, I just like to look at other peoples junk :D

Took puppy for a walk on the shoreline this morning it was lovely and warm and sunny and she went for a paddle in the sea. Found a £1 coin by the side of the path on the way home. It has been overcast this afternoon and a lot cooler that I expected. I have had a lazy day and have been relaxing and watching tv. I scrubbed the patio earlier but little else done. Just been for a puppy walk round the pond and now trying to decide what to have for dinner.

I spent around £20 yesterday (cant find my receipt) in moresons on salad, a cooked chicken (on offer £4.50 usually around £6) milk and other stuff for meals this week. We had chicken wraps for lunch. I fancied takeaway last night and stir fried some chicken and veg with noodles instead so saved some money.

You are so lucky about the carboot being local. The builder took me last year but this year our schedules didn't fit to go. I love looking at people's things too.

Well done on avoiding takeaway and value for money food shopping. Puppy must have enjoyed the sea.

I have just watered garden but not v much and am getting ready for bed.

It's a lovely day today warm and sunny but a nice breeze. I walked puppy through the cemetary this morning which is large with lots of leafy trees so shaded and cool. Sat on a bench while puppy had a rest and thought of my mum. Puppy had a drink from the taps and then we plodded home.

Work clothes washed and out on line. Dishwasher on. Am going to hoover once puppy wakes up and will iron work clothes later. DS will be home from work tea time we are going to have a BBQ. Have taken meat from freezer. Got a 2L bottle Pepsi max on offer £1 and salad / coleslaw left from moresons shop on Friday. Also got some yellow sticker new potatoes so will make some potato salad.

Phew it's hot ! Have just taken puppy to vets she loves going :rotfl: she got weighed and has lost just over 1kg in a month since she started her "diet".

I handed in the pet insurance claim form which they have to complete and send off. Cost me £6.70 !! Not happy they charge a fortune for the treatment already. Paid on credit card as just under £5 left till payday. Will transfer money from bills account to pay it off.
