Chinese was lovely not much left over in this house lol. Have taken a painkiller and it's gone to my head making me dizzy so I can't sleep. Puppy is asleep and DS is at work. I am sat in bed waiting for it to wear off. It's a good job I slept earlier on the sofa. I have made a food shopping list for aldi may go at 8am after DS gets home before car park gets full. I am going to pop to boots too and get final stocking filler for DS as they have Gillette blades on offer 2 for £15 and it's just round the corner from aldi. Still haven't wrapped any presents ! If I could I would wrap some now but it would mean going downstairs for paper scissors etc and don't want to wake the puppy.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

I went to aldi for 8am opening yesterday and got most of my shopping. Their veg was 28p each. I spent just over £50 which was lots of chicken breasts, cold meat & cheese & stuff for Christmas and a normal shop. I just need to get some meat for Christmas day.
I got a roll of puff pastry in aldi and am going to make some cheese and bacon wraps on Christmas day for breakfast / brunch

I had my hair done in the afternoon £41 for cut, foils and base colour. No more grey :j and absolutely priceless 2 hours relaxing and chatting to my hairdresser who works from home and I have known for years. Felt so chilled after.

Well done on going to Aldi you seem so organised.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220

I don't feel organised, I feel like I'm rushing around like a headless chicken ! However I do hate supermarkets so I tend to try and go early and miss the rush and the parking nightmare.
I was up with the dog at 5.30am so went to Moressons at 6.15 this morning to try and get some nice meat for Christmas day, but their delivery hadn't turned upSo I went and had a naughty McD breakfast
then went to Tesco. I managed to get the last "finest" roast sweetcured pork belly with crackling and a smoked bacon, apricot, brandy and cranberry stuffing £12. The date on it is 26th so there will be leftovers for boxing day and I can freeze any more that's left after that. Sounds 'lish
I have put money in envelopes for DS Christmas presents from my DP's and my sister. I have written the birthday / anniversary cards that need posting for end Dec/Jan. Puppy is sleeping so I am back in bed till walk time at 9.30.
We went to the vets yesterday to see the behaviourist and got lots of good advice on how to handle the puppy. Main change is she needs to go back in her crate instead of being left out in the room as she is "worrying" about guarding the room and that's why she's changed behaviour so much and been chewing things more than normal. We started putting her back in her crate when we go out or last thing at night, she loves going in there it is her "den" and she curled up and went to sleep. Hopefully that will help her settle down and be happier. Cost £45 for an hour and went over lots of other stuff as well, worth it if it results in a happy puppyPaid on the 0% credit card. Will need to seriously cut back on spending now and pay off the credit card in the new year.

Well done on buying some roast for Christmas. It is all last minute for me too. The opinion of the behaviourist is fascinating and I hope it works.
You must be exhausted, I just want to sleep.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -
I am very tired now. I finally managed to find some Gillette blades for DS stocking this afternoon after making a few phone calls to find somewhere that had them in stock on offer 2 for £15 and went to pick them up.
I got my final co-op energy bill and I am £45.83 in credit so I will wait for that to be refunded and decide whether to pay it off my credit card or pay it onto my new energy account to cover all the extra gas we have been using where it has been so cold.
I am not doing much tomorrow as I am going out in the evening I will need to rest to stay awake :rotfl:0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Well it sounds like you have done it all. Well done I hope you have a good rest today before you go out.
It's drizzly here. Perfect for staying at home so I don't mind. :jAiming for a minimal spend 20220 -
Had a lovely meal out last night at zizzi, 3 courses £19.99 plus glass of prosecco £2 and a naughty Malibu & coke £6 !!! but was a treat as I don't drink very often. Food was divine and lots of chat and laughter. Shared a taxi there £2 and got a lift back.
Today I have been mostly relaxing and watching tv. We are having "party" tea, mini duck spring rolls, spicy chicken wings, BBQ ribs, tempura prawns, wedges & corn on the cob all from the freezer. I finally did my wrapping this afternoon, thank goodness that is over for another year !
Wishing you all a Merry Christmas enjoy your day wherever and however you spend it

Christmas day over for another year. The meat I bought in Tesco was horrible
and I will be complaining tomorrow and asking for my money back. Apart from that we ate, drank and watched movies. Today is mild, sunny and breezy but warm, I walked puppy this morning as DS is at work. Managed to get one load of washing out on the line and scrubbed down the patio. Had my day off yesterday its back to normal today :rotfl: I have checked online banking and moved some money around so I have £500 to pay off my credit card.
