Good idea on the emergency smoosh fund SW ! and well done for saving so much :T
Today has been hard work. Puppy went to toilet in her crate twice last night so I had to clean up and wash her in kitchen sink at 2am and 5am. I sent a text to DS and he brought McD breakfast home after night shift. Not very MSE but I didn't care by 7am;)
DS went to bed at 8.30am and puppy went in her crate so I slept for an hour on the sofa then started the washing mountain. Thankfully it was sunny and warm today as I ended up doing 5 loads & scrubbed the patio down with disinfectant.
She slept again at 10 till 12.30 so I got a good hours sleep then and I went to bed and slept for an hour when DS got up at 4pm. Am still tired !!! DS on nights again tonight and will be off to work soon so hoping for a less eventful night tonight.
Had some shrivelled mushrooms and limp spring onions for lunch to use up the last of the veg drawer, stir fried them with half a pack of micro rice, some garlic granules and an egg, voila mushroom fried rice.
Must go shopping tomorrow. I have a day off work on Wednesday as DS and his gf are out for the whole day arranged pre-puppy, lucky for them I managed to get a day off so they could still go. I'm hoping to get puppy to bed and spray the weeds in the alleyway at the back of the house with weedkiller.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Day off work today :j Hopefully a NSD too.
I have 2 loads of washing on the line drying and hope to get 2 more done by the end of the day if it stays warm and sunny as forecast. Dishwasher is on and I have cleaned the bathroom, showered and dressed. Puppy is asleep so I am having 5 mins sit down and a cuppa.
I have been looking at Power of Attorney advice from :money: as DP's have asked me if I will help them with the forms. I think they were shocked at how much a solicitor quoted them and should save money if we do them ourselves it's £82 each for the property and finance LPA and the health and welfare LPA, so if they get both, that's a total cost of £164 each. The forms don't look too difficult just probably a bit time consuming. They are coming down on Friday for a long weekend so I'm looking forward to seeing them and this will be the first time they will have seen the puppy
I went out to afternoon tea with my friend yesterday at the garden centre after work. Had a wander round first, looking at the plants ooo-ing and ahhh-ing but didn't spend anything. My friend had a voucher so afternoon tea was £10 (so only £5 each) which included a sandwich, scone with jam and clotted cream and 2 other cakes !! plus a pot of tea which we got 2 cups each out of. Was stuffed after so came home and snoozed with the puppy :rotfl:0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Sorry about puppy having accidents! You have been brilliant through all of this and she must adore you. The MacDonalds was a reward!
Well done on power of attorney stuff - you have saved some money. Glad you met friend and went to garden centre. The food sounds good!
Enjoy your day off. I am going to do some washing I think as weather is good here too.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -
Puppy slept this afternoon so I managed to get weedkiller on the alley at the back of the house and scrub the patio down with some floral scented disinfectant bought cheap in B&M to get rid of nasty niffs
Washed DS's dressing gown and once it was dry I threw it over the kitchen door ready to take upstairs. Puppy kept looking at it longingly and whining she must have been expecting DS to suddenly appear in it bless her !0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

It was warm today but at least we had a nice breeze outside so not too bad. I remembered to put some factor 30 on my scar before venturing out.
Took puppy for a walk (carrying her) round to the pond and she was fascinated by the ducks and geese. Met 2 old ladies (and their Chihuahua in a dress !) who gave her a fuss. Her tail was wagging so hard it was hard to hold on to her lol.
I had a few snoozes between jobsPuppy is very pampered as she has a nice cool mat to lie on and the ceiling fan on :rotfl: plus lots of nice ice cubes to crunch on

I bet puppy is grateful you haven't put her in a dress.:rotfl: but she is living a film star's life.
It sounds like a great day. :beer:Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -
What a charmed life your puppy is leading, lucky thing! Although I think that, a chiwawa (one of the few words I'm rubbish at spelling so I'm not going to bother, lol) in a dress is not something I'd rush to see! Mind you, I did once buy reindeer antlers for my old cat, the one I'm named after. He was decidedly unimpressed by my purchase and I never managed to get the much-desired Christmas card photo of him looking like Rudolph!!0

DP's arrived yesterday so things are a bit hectic here. Did manage 2 loads of washing and they went for a walk on the common and came back with a big bag of apples. They treated us to Chinese takeaway last night which was a lovely treat. DM is making apple pie today
I had a shock when I spoke to the doctor yesterday and he read out the consultants letter to me. I have a condition I did not know about and he has told the doctor different things to what he told meHe has said speech therapy is not an option. The doctor says this is probably because it wouldn't help. I was quite upset yesterday but I asked for a copy of the letter so I can look at it on Monday when I pick it up now I have calmed down. The doctor gave me some medical advice on managing my condition and said it is probably as a result of my operation, so I will have to see how it goes with the advice and medication.
Lovely sunny day, washing machine is on again. We are supposed to be having a BBQ later with DS & his gf if the weather stays dry as forecast !0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

I am glad your parents are here. I am so sorry about the Consultants letter. To be honest I was not happy with the consultant who dealt with me from that dept either- wonder if it's the same person? I hope you are able to manage your condition with help from the GP.
It would be great if you could have a bbq to take your mind off it all. I hope the weather is good.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220
