Thanks MF. Walked the dog this morning. Very grey skies. Bumped into my friend with 2dogs and walked with her & had a good chat. Home before the rain started.

I have picked up the bait stations  and bait from tool station. Took a top back to mr T for £16 refund. Picked up some potatoes, toilet rolls, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, sponge scourers, eggs plus kippers and tiger bread for brunch. Total spend £8.74. Kippers were 😋

Will not be finishing the gardening today or cutting the grass unless we get a sudden heatwave and the rain stops 😆
I will go up into the loft and put the bait down later

Have been out for a walk with the dog. Everything is quiet and still. Skies are grey but no rain so far.

I’m going for a wander to a table top sale later with my (2dogs) friend. Then it’s afternoon tea later. My anxiety is ramping up at the thought of going back to work tomorrow 😕 but I am determined to have a good day today.

Table top sale was a bit of a damp squib. Had a nice time in the afternoon with friends. Feeling very unwell today so waiting for gp to call me back.

Have received the legal pack from my solicitor I know what’s in it but I can’t face it. Lots of emotions flying around at the moment.

Good news on energy bill for April Electric £50.97 Gas £18.73 direct debit £95. Credit now on account £221.43. Now the fixed rate has ended will see what the new month bill is like at end of May.

Had a nice walk with the dog this morning. It was lovely and sunny and warm. Now it has clouded over.
Fed up with my energy provider who have insisted we increase the direct debit. Agreed £30 increase & have told DS & gf to put rent up by £10 each.

I have ordered a bank statement online to arrive by post so I can send to my solicitor as they need an original. I am going to make a start on the property forms today.

A lot of the companies seem to be increasing DDs by more than needed, even with a slight cushion.

Good luck with the form, have plenty of tea breaks.

I managed to get the majority of 2 forms done but have left the 16 page property one until last. Quite exhausted today so had a snooze. Managed to hoover downstairs & made liver & onion gravy for dinner with 2 portions for the freezer.

It’s cold and misty out. Very atmospheric. Took the dog around the nature reserve and saw a swan baby raise its head from under its mum on the nest 😃 Not sure how many she has underneath her. Also saw 15 baby ducklings all seem to belong to one duck & moorhen with 2 babies.

Hospital appointment at 9am. I will walk as it’s only 15 mins & save petrol & parking.

I need to work out my credit card bill later as there are a lot of items on it and I will need to move money from various pots, dog food, house insurance, car repairs, vet bill etc. It should all be covered. Vet bill will come from emergency fund and then be paid back once insurance pays out & DS gives me the excess.

You're halfway there, just chip away at the last form.

Got to adore nature and the babies, a sign the good weather is on its way.
