  • I hate it when the charger stops working. I am down to my latest charger too! Happy cooking and glad you are seeing people. Weather glorious by me.

  • Phone chargers snap internally, if yours is charging on GFs then it's not the phone.

    Enjoy your drink!

  • Unfortunately I will not be going out today as I have been unwell since lunchtime. Have taken paracetamol & have been laid down since then. Had some chicken soup just now. I have also blanched some runner beans for the freezer that my friend dropped round from her allotment. Free veg is great!

Today is my late shift so I have been to the dentist. Check up & filling £65.20. It will be paid for from household bills account.

Popped into aldi and got a few things £12.55 including clothes washing liquid, toilet rolls and dishwasher tablets.

On the way home I went through McD and got a breakfast £3.88 😋 which will come from the entertainment fund.

I have just checked my shopping, all my cupboards and fridge/ freezer and the car and I have lost a pack of ham and cheese triangles. Think I must be cracking up 🤯 I must have left them in the store 😕 🤦‍♀️

  • Hope the pain is easing. Have you tried holding warm liquid in the area, see if that helps.

Is it worth rubbing bicarb on it? OMG to losing food.

I understood about the takeaway i made myself close my eyes when i could have got off the bus two stops early and bought a chinese. I will see how i feel on Friday. After pain you do need a reward. Good luck with pain. I havent been to a dentist in years. I must find one.

  • Chinese curry paste and powder is only a couple of quid. It tastes the same as takeaway and only requires water, meat and veg. It makes about 8 portions and for a quick meal just make the curry sauce with water and microwave rice.
