Well done on food shopping. Hope DS continues to get better. It rained when I woke up but is lovely now.

  • Hope you have a lovely day with your friend SW.

Shopping arrived around 10.30am & put away. Had some fruit bread toasted with butter 😋 and shared a banana with the dog. Then took her for a walk around the pond.

Foot much better today although still limping a little. Bumped (not literally) into a friend from work sitting on a bench round the pond, so I sat on the next bench & had a socially distanced chat which was nice 😊

Am now trying to motivate myself to get up off the sofa and do something 😜

Didn’t actually get round to doing the curtains 😆 I don’t know why I’m procrastinating 🤔 I will try & get on with them tomorrow.

Washed patio & did more clearing in the utility room. All cardboard into recycling. Polystyrene from microwave & freezer broken up & bagged up to go to tip. Had a snooze 😴 Am just watching a hoarding programme to give me some motivation 😆

I will also admit to watching them too, it helps focus and shows how I don't want to end up x

Socially distanced meal with friend sounds lovely SW 😋

I’m glad it’s not just me that has a fascination with hoarding programmes even though they gross me out 😬

It’s raining here this morning. Maybe it will brighten up later. Have fed the dog and she is snoozing. Will try & take her for a short walk later. DS just off to work. I’m having a cup of tea and then will try & sleep a bit longer.

Net curtains today! The old ones have been up over 20 years since we moved in 😆 (apart from when I’ve taken them down for washing !!) and are starting to disintegrate when touched. No excuses today

Is it just the UK ones you watch? Or UK and US ones 😁

The net lasted you well and the new one will be equally as pretty.

I hope the weather does perk up and you get to take PD out, even just a short walk will do you both good.

I watch both. The US ones are frightening but I love it when they the houses round. I saw a Canadian one this week and it was so sympathetic with really positive results. Good luck with the curtains today.
