Wow it’s even hotter today!Walked the dog at 8am then worked until 3pm. Had an ice cream and stuck my feet in the pool in an attempt to cool down.Have been feeding puppy dog ice cubes 😆
Before I hurt my foot I was walking to the coop and driving to morresons. I’m not sure about going to aldi though. Have heard some horror stories 😱 but aldi is cheaper.Pizza for tea later. Only takes 10 mins in the oven so shouldn’t be too much heat in the kitchen. All fans on, all windows open & a bit of a breeze blowing through the house.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

I can't believe you walked or worked in this heat. I was supposed to do a training video and fell asleep. lol. It was cooler in the garden than in the house.Aiming for a minimal spend 20222

Walk was ok at 8am, not so hot SW.I shut the living room blinds and had a fan on & windows open for work. It’s the late afternoon that gets hot here. The heat has triggered my IBS so I have been poorly since about 6pm. Have taken some pills & trying to sleep. Will be glad for cooler weather & rain forecast for Saturday onwards.New sandals arrived today which is impressively quick with free delivery. Nothing arrived from Asda yet. The sandals are lovely & also very comfy. 2 for 1 with free delivery so at £14.99 they are a bargain 😊0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

I am so sorry about your tummy, I hope you will be better today. I can feel it has cooled down since last night but we didn't have the promised thunder. It's great the sandals came so soon. Hopefully the AS&A clothes will come soon. I hope you can chill after work no making anything just resting as you need to keep your energy up.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220

We have been told we will be working at home for the foreseeable future.Have been ok since last night. Had a good sleep until 4am. Got up at 5 and fed the dog then went back to sleep. Woke at 7 and took the dog out, it’s a bit cooler this morning and a nice breeze although the sun is hot already.Saw pictures of the south coast on tv last night. Half a million people on Bournemouth beach 😱 Will be very surprised if there isn’t a second wave in the south !0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Hurrah it’s much cooler today 🤗 sunny spells and a cool breeze.Finished work at 3pm and walked to the local coop for milk. Also picked up a chicken ‘roast in the bag’ reduced to clear half price £2.68. DS’s gf has the oven on doing some batch cooking for her & DS, so once there is space I shall put it in the oven. Will have a roast for tea. Also got 4 leeks reduced to 35p. Will put a jacket potato in the oven & already have carrots. Yum.Once the chicken is cooked I will shred the meat and freeze in individual portions. Should get quite a few meals from it. May also make some stock from the bones for soup. Maybe potato & leek to use up the rest of the leeks. The local card / sweetie shop has reopened so I popped in and got a card for nephew’s birthday next week £1.25.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

It is much cooler today and has been raining. Will walk the dog around 8-9
Was looking at the 2 prescription sunglasses for £22 deal in this weeks MSE email. Need to find my prescription. Have ordered from this company before and they still have the same frames I bought last time which are great for the price and would look good with dark lenses. Free delivery too. Offer ends Monday. If I can’t find my prescription I’ll have to ring speksavers where I had my free test and try & get it over the phone.Food yesterday was
B - fruit bread toast & banana
L - southern fried chicken wrap, salad
D - roast chicken, baked potato, carrots & leeks
I shredded/ chopped up the remaining chicken and there is enough for another 5 meals, so 6 meat portions in total for £2.68. I will try & remember to weigh myself tomorrow. 😉
No real plans for today other than walking the dog. May get out in the garden & chop back some shrubs if it’s not raining later. Grass is too wet to cut. Meal plan today -
B - bacon, egg, hash brown
L - Home made soup
D - Chinese belly pork, stir fry veg & half pack micro rice

I'm pleased your sandals arrived so quickly, it's good when that happens.
What a bargain chicken find and to get several meals from it too. All of your meals sound fantastic!
With being told you are working from home for the foreseeable future, you are not in limbo and can make plans for a while.
I imagine PD appreciates the slightly cooler weather and it allows you to potter around without melting 🌞
Have a lovely weekend!Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.2 -
The glasses are a bargain, fantastic offer. You bought the food at just the right time for the offers which is great and your meal plan as usual sounds delish. Glad it is cooling down a little. I hope your foot is going to make a big improvement over the next few days.Aiming for a minimal spend 20221
