will I just need to bin them or is there any chance they will germinate (they are dry) long shot I know but I'd obviously rather not bin. TIA
I'm hoping bad karma has followed that horrible man that took your money angelpye and just think the £5 is part way compensation from the world on that score
Sunday will look like:
Run at gym using membership
Last of fresh blueberries from market for breakfast. Have lasted well and was impressed with quality for low price
Investigate making yogurt Getting through it at a rate of knots at the moment and I'm sure it could be cheaper (even though only buying value)
Take girls to cinema from fun money, take in snacks and drinks
Roast dinner from various stashes in freezer
Meal plan for next week
List some things on fleabay as had huge sort out yesterday after DH did same on Friday
Get ready for week ahead, sandwiches etc...
Right off to gym, check back later.
Managed 21 things on fleabay :T
Thanks for all the comments on seeds (and on the yogurt determined ) think will give them a go as I've nothing to loose. Any that grow will be a bonus.

Hi Doodlebug
Well lots of boring housework stuff done, footie match watched, raspberry muffins made, roast chicken cooked and eaten, overtired and emotional teenager comforted, DHs invoices done, laundry more or less dried outside.
Feel like I have run a marathon. Off to sweep and mop the kitchen and utility floor, check on DS2 and put my feet up. Anxiety is hovering, threatening to swallow me up. I am fighting back.0 -
Hey, Doodlebug5 :hello:
Another good YS run, I got:
Strawberries 20p
2 X packs of plums 8p each
Organic beef mince 45p
2 X cheddar plough mans sandwiches 15p
So I spent £1.11, saving £9.99 :T
I could have got both packs of strawberries but I offered one to another woman I had been chatting to. There were about seven of us there tonight, word is getting around!
Bob, I kind of guessed your business had diversified a bit, the last time I was here you were running the cafe, I'm thinking you're now doing events instead? Sounds like you're busy either way!Make £25 a day in April £0/£750 (March £584, February £602, January £883.66)

Morning all :j
Today I am listing, so:
*change and wash all bedding
*pet related cleaning
*dust and vacum
*clean bathroom
*simple roast today with homemade crumble and soya custard for after
*tackle the clothes mountain
*little bit of work
I am sure there will be pottering too and a few games with DD. Will see if she fancies chilling with a film later but first need to motivate her to tidy her room.
Evening all, late check in!
Wish I knew how to check the list off like you guys do but anyway...
Managed my list (not finished the work but doing some now)! PJS all day here as for some reason I clean better in my pjs but of course showered then straight into nice fresh ones! :j:j:T:T:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
All housework complete, dinner was yummy although we went for Ben and Jerrys cookie sandwiches I had in the freezer from a while back so crumble can wait for another day.
House is all sparkling and feels all set for the week ahead. Load in washing machine for tomorrows washing mountain dance.
Looks like everyone had productive days so sleep well and onto another week!Happiness is wanting what you have...0 -
If you try some seeds from a packet and they don't germinate you could feed the remainder to the birds.Debt-free day: 8th May 2015 "Remember that sometimes not getting what you want is a wonderful stroke of luck," Dalai Llama0

Hi February Folks,
Wee day off:
Debt Free-Nillionaire Continuity Plan Year Two:
* Took DW out for a Tapas in a new local bar. Lovely. How is this money saving? Cheaper than flying to Spain with DW for the weekend as per her recent request! :rotfl:Brought home two pieces of uneaten bread.
* Friend sent us some seeds through the post; much free entertainment for DW.
* Bought a charity shop DVD for this afternoon and two cut-price pots of Pringles.
