Well done Ziggy I entered a couple of Facebook comps whilst I was eating my breakfast.

    Packed lunch at work

FPL and found 5 pence roadkill!

I've had an enquiry about my empty iPod case! Can't believe what people will buy. I've got my day at home tomorrow so I'll add it to my sorting list for tomorrow to answer the question.

Planning a load of MS jobs tomorrow so best get some zzzz's.

    • Crochet for commission. Must send the lady my bank details unless anyone can recommend a safer way? She doesn't have PayPal.

Ask her to send you cash in a padded envelope by registered post.

    In other news:

We have ordered a new cooker. It's not arriving til Wednesday so DW is improvising with the camping stove (window open to protect from carbon monoxide) and the halogen UFO oven.

I seem to have shaken off the mysterious back/kidney? pain. I'm due to go to the hospital next week anyway.

Good luck to all of you with hospital/vet dealings xx

I've got a stove top kettle too :D although I am a complete cheapskate and bought it from Towsure (camping supplies) for about £7. Had it at least 4 years now, scrubs up nice and shiny (when I can be bothered, which isn't often... :o :rotfl: :rotfl: )

Was going to post today's list but it's almost tomorrow now anyway and I could do with being asleep so I shall return in the morning :hello:

CLF, there's not much that anyone can do with your bank account number (unlike your card number), anyone you've ever sent a cheque to would have exactly the same information. The risk is all hers (in that her money can't be recalled if she paid by bank transfer and then you didn't send.)*

    * I have learned this from the eBay board.
    Make £25 a day in April £0/£750 (March £584, February £602, January £883.66)

ziggy just wanted to say how impressed I am at how stoic you are being. Hope you are feeling as calm on the inside as you are coming across x

    Usual lateness going on here!

My shopping experiment has gone well first month and we only spent £142 :money: :money:we haven't gone without and the freezer is still brimming ;) although there's a knack to getting oh to eat what needs using up rather than what he fancies!

    * going for dinner & at bff's. I've made a banoffee pie to take ;)
    * try for a NSD but may need petrol
    * work hard and try to be into my job....

Oh my that is all! Oh well at least I'm not spending! :money:

    Morning all
Got a very busy 'sorting day' today
I'm going to India next week with work - so will save on B/L/D, fuel and will have a week of NSDs just need to get packed and sorted for things I've got planned for when I return.

    - Do shopping list and get groceries for my DD and DH whilst I'm away. Likely to do Aldi, Home bargains and Morrisons.

    - Contact Tefal about their product guarantees as I can't use my pans anymore due to damage.

    - Close TSB account now that I've received my last lot of cashback

    - Return a top and buy a new one to go with my sari and safety pins to keep my sari in place. I might have a look through my sewing things and first aid to see if I have some to avoid buying!

    - Go for free gel nail removal and pick up free prescriptions

    - write valentines and birthday cards

    - contact apricot as jewellery has gone discoloured and I've only worn it once.

    - complete online course that was 'pay what you feel' so I got a bargain

    - as usual, FPL and comps on Facebook

    - respond to eBay message

Phew quiet a list must get cracking, LP x
