Happy Birthday to Pigpen's son :) Congratulations to your uncle aswell.

Tiamai, big hugs, I'd be in a big huff aswell

Well done Shirley :D great news

I don't like having a conservatory any more :( not after having to clean all the windows, what a job that was. Need to take some bleach over, try to tackle the mould between them, yuk! I found mouse droppings BIG YUK! when vaxing the conservatory carpet. I am hoping it was just off something a cat has brought in which has now been removed. Both of the boys rooms no painted, once the furniture was moved (not removed just moved out of the way) we seen how badly it had been done, loads missing everywhere, painted over skirting, even the blinds had paint on. DS2 is very happy as we had told him his room would have to wait, my freind's fella seen how upset he was and offered to do both.

Have spoken to the man who was moving stuff for them, he's worried me further as he said 'We're borrowing a van off a friend and he's been busy this weekend, but works during the week, hopefully it might be next weekend'

So after that bomb shell and thinking how long before this guy will do it, or is he avoiding doing it (I know many like that which is why we're paying to hire one) I've given him my number to ask her to call me directly. If this is going to be at least another week, well I'm a little annoyed at them having us rush to do things because they wanted it complete quicker, then nothing being done. Neighbour popped in today to say a plumber tried to come to do the gas servicing but noone was in (so that hasn't been done either)

First call on Monday will be estate agents, second will be garage as there is more stuff wrong with the car..DP informed them today that if it isn't sorted ASAP he's going to trading standards as a starting point, it's stuff that it shouldn't have passed an MOT on and they have passed it.

Pigpen will be but hasn't yet, she's being a super star and covering for me at the mo, she'll probably post the link on here when it's done so you can find it easy.
