pigpen - you need to give me lessons on ebay - I don't even know how to connect my camera to the pc to even think about downloading piccies! How do you know what wording to use, etc? I just end up giving our stuff away when I know some of it would sell!
Those people who are selling things on ebay just bear in mind that RM are on strike Friday, Saturday, Monday and Tuesday next week.
I've decided that anything I do this weekend will be an early start for next week rather than a catch up for next week!
Not sure how much I'll get done - DH has a hangover so not sure what time he will surface and DD has a party for 2 hours this afternoon and wants me to stay with her!
Hugs to all

morning all
woke up early thinknig about a few things so will do them and then go back to bed!
toria - i am stingy so they are just normal mimi love hearts! they were loads cheaper and as we have 120 at the main thing (more than that at the mo but hopefully some can't come!!!) and then we can put some out in the evening (about another hundres coming!).
we're going to order our wedding rings todayhas been bugging me that they were cheaper at a proper jeweller site online but i've had a look and although we would save £70 i don't think it is enough to sacrifice the personal service at the jewellers we go to (where we got my engagemend ring). they are really great and they have given us 10% off already and will clean up my engagement ring before the wedding.
think we're gonna decide to do very little else today. perhaps walk into town along the seafront. i'm gonna be pretty tired again today i think.Mum to gorgeous baby boy born Sept 2010:j0 -

We both had excellent 100 % feedback oh had over 700 and I had over 300!! - sorry to rant!
Rach - thats not tight - frugal! we had a very small wedding as I had been married before ( hence the red dress!)

Most digi cameras can connect to your pc via a USB cable. On this pc I have a multi media card reader inbuilt which is great cause I can read lots of different card types. You can get a mulitmedia card reader if you don't already have one, found this one on on ebay as an example.
As to descriptions when I first started selling I copied the style of those that had successfully sold the same type of things. The key is accuracy, make sure people are aware of any faults before they buy and then they cannot complain further down the line. Also make the most of the title of the item, use all 55 characters where possible.
Rach make sure your things are listed in the right categories, it could be that there are a lot of similar things to yours and people won't notice until the last day or so of the auction. Some things I have sold have had practically no views until it has reached page 3 or less in the 'time left' listing of the category.Official Mascot and Chief Cheerleader for the 'Mortgage Free in Three' Gang0 -
Morning all
Today is the day la la la laaa
getting the keys at 11.30am. Waking DP at about 10.45am. He's actually busy for the day helping other people do something for car tracks, yes I know typical, but is having to go a little later than he wanted to sort the contracts. Then me and the boys will be left to it to deal with stuff at the house. Mainly cleaning and measuring today.
Have set DS2 away packing Playstation games and some DVDs, he'll also unwire the PS2 and bring it down for me, he found a table to put it on for now at the house aswell so he brought that down, he's being very helpful (and very annoying dragging stuff down that I don't want to take today) and is really excited. Of course DS1 just doing his own thing as usual.
I've packed a cleaning bucket to take up there today, house hasn't been lived in for over a year so could do with a good spring (well autumn) clean.
Denise I can't say I've ever heard of those tablets but I will have a look online for more info, I get hem every time I am stressed, hate it. I did find some cold sore stuff (same as Zovirax but £ shop) so have started with that.
MP have a lovely daysounds great and Happy Birthday
Right off to do some more sorting etc, hope you all have a great day, I'll probably keep popping in until I get DP up to go anywayNot posting my list today as it is very long and I can't be bothered, have it all written down however so I know where I am at.
One day I might be more organised...........

Good morning everyone, hope you are all keeping well and big hugs to anyone who needs it.
Lil_me how exciting, new home. I love all the sorting and planning that comes with moving.
Pigpen your ebay sales are amazing. I sold 4 last night out of 19 and made $14 woo hoo. Think i'll leave it for a few weeks and relist.
I've promised the kids i'd take them to the park today as it's a family fun day, can't really be bothered and it look's like it's about to team down but i have promised and they won't let me forget it.
Have a bit today flying wise but i'll do it this evening when the kids are in bed. Now for a cuppa, it's so cold.Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough. And things go wrong no matter what I do.Now and then it seems that life is just too much. But you've got the love I need to see me through.:j :j0 -
Happy Birthday MP! - you kept that one quiet. Hope you have a nice relaxing day today and enjoy yourself tomorrow too.
